Lakeview Dental

I went to Dr. Gong for the first time this week and his whole team was wonderful! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I found Dr. Gong to be quite gentle when looking at my teeth, and he explained what he was doing/looking for at each step. I've been looking for a new dentist since moving from home 5 years ago and am so happy I found Lakeview Dental! Thank-you for a great experience. Highly recommend if you're in need of a new dentist!

I've been going to this dental office for less a year. I am very happy with the staff and the quality of service I am getting.it's too bad they don't have direct billing. Dental expenses are quite high, and even though insurance reimburses quickly, it's still a hassle to put everything through your credit card.Appointment booking is a bit old fashioned. all by phone... would love to be able to confirm appointment by sms. or even just get an email. I also find annoying that they keep trying to reschedule my appointment because of a lack of staff on their end.And lastly, most dental offices offer goodies bag with brand name toothbrush and toothpaste and this is non existent in this office.

The staff and Doctor's at Lakeview are amazing! Dr. Sumeeta is extremely professional and knowledgeable - she takes the time to explain everything and make sure she's giving you the best possible care. The hygenists are thorough and they do an amazing job and making you feel comfortable. The clinic manager and front desk staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating, 10/10 would recommend this clinic!

Dr. Victor is an excellent dentist and a very nice person. I had a great overall experience. No complaints.

This office is wonderful. My wife required an emergency checkup for some work she had done while out of the country. The staff and dentist were able to provide her an appointment that very afternoon. My wife left the office after the appointment happy and confident with the services provided. She will be back.

The dentist is fantastic and the office is comfortable and clean. However it is near impossible to get an appointment (right now they're booking appointments into December/January) and the admin staff is not the most pleasant nor understanding (i.e. of last minute cancellations due to unforeseen changes in my schedule, school, work etc). I don't think it helps that they're the only dental clinic in Amherstview. The hours on Friday being shorter don't help things though. I've been going to Lakeview Dental since I was a kid but its been such a hassle trying to get an appointment that I'll be looking for another dentist.

I have been a client with Lakeview Dental for a number of years now and I can't believe I haven't left a review until now. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Smith and his entire staff. They are always very professional and so friendly. Thank you for the amazing service!

Rob and his team are the best. The hygienists are super kind, and Rob is an incredible dentist.
