Friendly knowledgeable staff that are eager to help out in anyway possible. Very nice to receive the personal help from a locally owned and operated business. Something that has been long lost with the franchise and big box stores. If you can't find what you're looking for the staff make the extra effort to get it in for you. Very much a pleasure to do business with.

Very personal and friendly, almost feel like family walking into the store :) I actually get excited to shop there everytime I have to go, just absolutely love the friendly atmosphere and the extra help of bringing out multiple items if needed. Highly highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Staff helpful. Using this product for skin issues for several weeks. Healing gradually but lesions apparent. Skin takes time to diagnose and heal, but this product contains lots of nurturing ingredients. Vet suggested food allergies may be a factor. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Awesome customer service. We are new to the area and they were incredibly helpful! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Made it easy to make the switch to this great local pet food store!
