Riverside Dental

This place is great. I have always been treated well and with respect when I am here. The staff is very kind and professional. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a family dentist. Very nice office too! 5 stars.

I was never a patient for riverside dental but three years ago I was so pleased that they did an emergency extraction. This time I called booked an appointment for an emergency extraction again they gave me a date for a month….which was already a long time all ok until the day before my appointment I was told that since I was not a patient with them….that I haven’t been seen in over 3years that I could not be seen…..I just really felt it was quite unprofessional maybe I’m wrong but I wish I could have been told at the beginning so I could have booked elsewhere since it’s been an emergency

The staff at Riverside dental are the greatest. They are always friendly. Dr. Data is the best, he’s caring and most of all gentle. Lynne our hygienist is also great. I would recommend anyone to go and I’m sure you will be well received.

The dentists, hygienists and office staff are all amazing. My only recommendation is to PLEASE not make us wear Crocs, please please please change your type of mandatory slippers.

Today my daughter was really nervous to get a tooth removed. The staff and doctor Data made her experience better, he took the time to talk to her and get her confidence enough to be able to remove it quickly and pain free without gel or freezing it. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much doctor Data and his staff.

Would not recommend this dentist!! Very disorganized and had to come back 5 different times just for my tooth extraction because the bone kept poking through my gums! There were so many complications I can't even write them all down it's that crazy!!!!! I had the worst experience!!

My husband is very uncomfortable at dentists, the hygienists and doctors are very comforting and good at their job. The procedure was done correctly, low pain and quick. They made sure my aftercare was understood before I left.I see no reason for the other ratings on here, far from the experience we had.

Today was my first visit to Riverside dental and I must say that it’s a beautiful state-of-the-art facility with friendly staff and doctors. The receptionist who greeted us was super nice. The hygienist Graziella was so gentle and amazing with my toddler. Dr.Deepak has great sense of humour and incredibly talented. The golden coin my toddler received at the end to pick up a toy from a toy capsule wending machine made his day! I would highly recommend this clinic.

overcharged us and added in emergency exam when it wasnt even an emergency. the apointment was booked weeks in advance and they didnt even do what the appointment was for they called it a sensitivity tooth and then found something else to do in the mouth just to make extra money off us. worst place to go for dentist in timmins. nice people but took advantage completly and took as much money from us as they could not even considering we have no benefits.

This is about Dr. Data, the dental assistants and customer service team. I really appreciate the time and effort you took to make sure I am ok. You were all so empathetic and caring. I got my wisdom teeth removed and everything went perfect procedure wise. My pain was increasing during the recovery period from swelling and they had me come in immediately that day to ensure everything was ok. Dr.Datta said everything was healing perfectly and actually CARED to see what he can do on his end to help reduce the pain and discomfort, although he was the only Dr in the building with lots of patients to see. He followed up with me the next morning prior to their office opening time. I really appreciated the extra effort from Dr.Datta. As he told me yesterday “you are a rock star”, I feel this way about all the staff at White Pine Dental. Thank you all so much. You kindness and empathy did not go unnoticed. Wish I could give you a better rating like 10/5 stars!
