I hired Diamond Shine to do some cleaning at my house. Jade and her team were professional and friendly. They arrived on time and did great work.

As a very busy business owner the last thing I want to do on my downtime and time off is to spend it cleaning. I hired Diamond Shine Janitorial services to come in to perform a deep clean and was very happy and excited to come home to a clean and fresh smelling house! Excellent service, incredible work. There was a miscommunication with the address (my fault entirely) and they were so kind and understanding, and they did such an amazing job doing a move out clean for us. Booking was a breeze and they were so accommodating with a tight schedule. There were no hidden fees and they were upfront and honest about all costs. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had contacted them to do a move out clean after Hearing raving reviews. I was left very disappointed with the work done and was only given one cleaner not realizing it’s standard that they send two normally. I was given a discount off my services for the inconvenience but I do not think that it was substantial enough for the lack of work that was done. We had done a base clean before having anyone come in so it would take less time and my one bedroom one bath was not very dirty to begin with. They were very pleasant to deal with and did reply in a prompt time so that was satisfactory.

I had diamond shine come in to do a deep cleaning at my home. I had previously used another cleaning company but wasn’t seeing great results for the cost and wasn’t happy. So I had jade and her team come in. The job they did was a completely different job than anyone I’ve ever had before. Very thorough, and they even organized the clutter I had very well so my home wasn’t so congested. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much for the great job you did. Definitely will be recommending your company to anyone looking for your services.

10/10, one of the best house cleans we've had. Great detail and I'm extremely happy! Will be doing it regularly!
