Mike was professional and knowledgeable. I had an older model elliptical with a wobble/bump and contacted Fixco to see what my options were. Mike was honest about the possibilities for repair. Within a week, he did a quick in-house service and my exercise machine is working better than ever. Fixco is affordable and reliable - would highly recommend their services!

Mike was awesome. Our treadmill is about 25 years old and the belt was worn to the point that it was fraying and could not be centered on the machine. Fixco ordered us a replacement belt and Mike came to Otterville from Cambridge (about 1 hour drive) to repair our machine. He replaced the belt, serviced the treadmill and after using the machine for about 20 minutes the belt began to drift to the left again. I called him and left a message. Within a few days Mike was back out to Otterville to attempt a repair at no charge to us. After some time, he realized he had made an error during re-assembly the first time, corrected it and openly showed me what he had done wrong. Great guy. Extremely honest and professional and wanting to do things right. Since the 2nd visit, my wife has used the machine every day and it is working perfectly. Actually better than it has ever worked. Thanks again Mike !!

My home elliptical was a pandemic purchase when I was forced to stopped going to the gym. Although my equipment is just over a year old, it became unbalanced with unpredictable resistance levels. Of course the warranty on labour expired but I was sent a part with no instructions to install it after a brief conversation with the company where I made the purchase. I called Fixco. Mike came out in a timely manner, he is knowledgeable, professional and his customer service excellent. As it turns out the part I was sent did not address the problem. Instead, Mike's diagnosis allowed a completely different solution to fix the multiple problems with my elliptical. I would definitely call Fixco again. Thank you Mike and Christina.

I would highly recommend Mike and Fixco. I needed an old treadmill reassembled. It was 5 days from the time I contacted them to it being set up and running. Fast, friendly, and quality work! I will definitely be reaching out again if my treadmill needs service. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed. Reached out through fixco.ca and after not getting a reply within 24 hours I called and left a message. I received an email later that day (Jan 11) about my inquiry and was told that Mike would reach out again with the info needed to make a quote later that night. Did not hear from him so the next day I followed up with him in email to ask if they are available in the near future for the service we needed to move our treadmill because we were moving. Did not hear back from him until 2 days later then he had previously told me. I decided it was no big deal and replied to his email he sent on the 14th with the info he need to provide a quote (including our deadline because we had until the end of the month to move the treadmill). I provided him with the information about the house, the directions, the new location and when we needed to have this done. It has now been over a week (10 days tomorrow) and I have not received a quote nor any update from mike about the situation or a plan to move forward. We are now having to rent a truck and disassemble and move the treadmill our selves. I understand times might be busy but I would expect a follow up email on why it is taking so long to just receive a quote. Hoping they can resolve this communication issue for others in the future.

Bought an elliptical machine (used) and Mike went over the whole thing, to figure out where all the noises and problems were coming from. Friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. Money well spent.
