Northern Alberta Railway Museum
We were camping nearby and we love trains and museums. The museum is worth a detour. And the young man who showed us through had an immense knowledge of local history. McClennan is a great town and a great example of the strength of Northern Alberta.

It's a large museum with all sorts of interesting memorabilia, history and of course trains. Well worth a visit.

This little museum is coming along nicely!Lots of outdoor train cars and things to view, and inside, there are uniforms and artifacts.You can also buy ice cream and slushies and sit at a table for snacks.The washroom is clean and lovely too!Wheelchair accessible
