I worked with Andrew to design my home in early 2022. After a comprehensive initial meeting I received the first draft of my plans and it was evident that Andrew had listened to all of my requests and had tried to work them into the plan.We worked through a couple of revisions after I reviewed the plan and had discussions with my builder (Dixon Contracting) - the process of making revisions was quick and easy. Andrew also had good advice about energy efficiency.Now, in spring 2023, I've just moved into my home and I absolutely love it. Although I likely won't need to, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andrew again.Thank-you, Andrew!

We contacted Andrew in October of 2016 to help design our new home. Andrew was very attentive to our wants and budget and was able to develop a plan that fit both. He was super easy to deal with and the ability to send us drafts for review and swift return of revisions moved the process along quickly. I highly recommend using his 3d modelling and VR tour. That service alone saved us thousands of dollars in costly changes as we were able to go through the home virtually and see what we would like changed before construction even started. This was so successful that we only made one minor framing change during construction.We also appreciated that Andrew was very straight forward with his pricing. There were no surprises and what he quoted us is what we ended up paying him.Our contractor was extremely pleased with the prints produced by Andrew. He found them informative and easy to use, and stated that they contained more than enough measurements and dimensions that he did not have to make calculations which could lead to errors. Sub trades also found the plans useful. The amount of prints supplied was more than adequate to allow our contractor and subs.Our construction is complete and we are more than pleased with the end result. We have received many compliments on the layout and design of the home.I highly recommend Andrew and Global Design Studio, you will not be disappointed

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Andrew. This is not my first time creating custom plans from scratch but this was by far the best experience I've had. His professionalism, timeliness, patience, and attention to detail was second to none. His experience definitely showed through during different stages of the process and made me feel confident that not only was he going to bring to life the vision I had for the property but also would make sure it made sense from a structural standpoint in the most cost effective way.
