This lady continues to call my phone for a girl named Kim and I have spoken to her many times and told her to stop calling my phone! I just received this phone number a year ago. I have had other credit companies call me and when I tell them it’s my number they never call again. This lady calls and denies she has ever phoned in the past which is an OUTRIGHT LIE!!! I even recognized her voice! Horrible company who obviously can’t keep proper records!

Just a joke company harrassing people because they were stupid enough to spend fake money on more fake money created by you.Oops

Got a call for a bill that was apparently past due and had racked up around $500.00 for Freedom Mobile. I called Freedom Mobile and confirmed that the account had been closed by me about 5 months ago and asked the Rep. at Freedom if my file was even in collections. She said it never was, yet these guys keep calling....

Am still waiting on written documentation of my debt. Have been for months and by law, they need to send it. Was given an incorrect email address when I asked for one so I could request communication in writing only. Got a call today and was hung up on when I asked for an email address again. Will be filing complaints where applicable. The absolute worst.

This company calls me several times a week for someone I don't know, refuses to take me off the call list, wont listen that I don't know the person, and has started leaving voicemails trying to pretend they are someone else (pretty sure thats illegal on collections behalf).Call now for a unique business opportunity! I can't imagine how much they harass someone they are actually looking for since they don't stop calling me and they aren't even looking for me.

Typical collection agency. Spoke with a woman about a small fine and offered to pay via credit card. Was told some gibberish about paying online and having the credit mark removed in 30 days instead of 10 yrs (huh??) and that I could only pay via online banking. When I told her I could do that on my next pay day she became hysterical and threatened to call me every day" until I quoted the law from the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services pointing out that was illegal. Eventually had to hang up on her without really getting the info I needed about how to pay the debt. Welp. I'll try again on payday I guess."

This company has some of the worst customer service I've EVER dealt with. Every time I speak with them (over one current issue), they are very rude and increasingly so. I have been trying to work out payments with them for almost a year now and despite the initial bitchiness from the person I was originally set up with, we got the ball rolling and payments have never been late and are always monthly. They called me about a month ago.. FOUR times a day and would not leave a voicemail. Not one. So when I called them back and let them know that it was unnecessary to be calling 4 times a day, I was met with hostility and horrible attitudes.My case has now been switched to a new person and she's even worse than the one I began with. I was late 1 week on a payment because I legitimately did not have it but had the intentions of paying it the following week. When I told the woman on the phone that (after her horribly rude voicemail), I once again.. no surprise here.. was met with hostility. It was the first time in almost a year that I've been late on a payment and this woman who I'm dealing with is relentless and even though I'm sending a payment, she does not care at all.If you can.. do yourselves a favour and DO NOT deal with this company. They are horrible and if you read other reviews about them, you'll see why.

They will call on sundays, email, text from 17 different numbers. Highly annoying. Basiclly on the verge of harrassment. Hope they all catch covid

They have been calling my work place every day multiple times a day for the past 2 weeks. None of the employees here work with this company and the company we work for is a very big name company that definitely would not be handing out Center numbers for things like this. When we answer they do not answer back and we hang up. We called them back today and they said they didn’t have our number on file. But how can that be when they call us every day? Stop harassing people. I work with clients and the last thing I need is for multiple consultations to be interrupted by some company that doesn’t even know they are calling us and don’t answer when we pick up. Seems like a scam to me.

Terrible staff, don't listen. Won't stop talking. They call me and ask for my information. I know not who this company is. Liars.
