We stopped in here today looking for winter boots for our son. We didn’t find any at first until a very friendly staff member came over and offered us an alternative. We ended up getting a better product than we were looking for. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

Friendly staff, this person was giving me one on one counselling on hiking shoes, and it was very helpful for me to think through different shoes. Very clean and nicely organized store. Definitely will go back as I always do:)

Went here to buy some hiking boots - the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed some advice or guidance. Items needed were in stock. They even carry size 13/14 hiking shoes for my husband, which is great since it’s such a rare size to find in stock. A little pricey for some items, but well worth the price for the comfort you get.

Adam was an amazing help getting me completely set up for campground, backpacking, and also back country camping! He’s been in the industry for years and it shows through the amount of knowledge he possesses. He steers people in the right direction based on their needs and goals. He’s also extremely honest. I highly recommended asking for him when you visit this store location because he won’t let you down.

I was looking for a pair of Merino wool glove liners for my wife, found them here after checking out four other places and reasonably priced too. Even added a sweater of Merino wool at a great price as well. Sporting goods prices have gotten out of hand at a lot of places good to see quality gear at a fair price still can be found. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Vicky helped me pick out a backpack and she was very kind, patient, and informative. Emma was also very patient and helpful! They have a variety of great products here and they get good sales every so often. Would recommend you give them a shot for your outdoor gear.

Nice organized and clean store, but the staff members don’t leave you alone. I had two staff members ask me if I needed help within the first 5 minutes of being there and when the third asked me a few minutes later, I said I had already been asked by two others and that if I need help I’ll come ask for it. I got asked by that same staff member two times after that. I feel attacked and profiled as a sketchy customer because they wouldn’t leave me alone even though I made it clear if I needed help that I would ask for it. I love atmosphere but I don’t love being bothered the entire time I shopped.

Had a warranty issue with a jacket and could not find a receipt as it was quite a while ago. Manager helped find it and assisted with my warranty issue. Great customer service.

I was greeted upon entering the store and while I was there, was checked in with multiple times to see if I needed any help finding something. Staff are attentive and service is good!
