I've been using Able for years now and the service is always amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working staff make for a quick and efficient job every time! Their staff are always on time and super professional, even the office staff setting up the appointments are great, and so easy to deal with!For me, it's so comforting to know that someone is always maintaining my home and yard properly so I can be doing my own job without worrying about my yard at all! I recommend Able to my friends and neighbors all the time, and everyone continues to be happy with their services!

I’ve now made 3 appointments with Able Irrigation and on all 3 appointments they have not shown up. I initially phoned the company over a month ago and arranged a time suggested by them. This was done through Abby Nauro, When they didn’t show, I again arranged a second date that Ashley Soulard arranged.Able irrigation is a waist of time. Better to find a company that respects their customers and show up to the appointments they make. I never received email or any notifications. Shame on you Able.

I can't emphasis enough how happy I am with this service. I had a lot of changes to my landscaping a few years back and needed to add addition watering. I worked with Jeff and he was indispensable. I asked him to tell me the least expensive options as I will be doing a renovation to my home and needed to save some money. As an interior designer, I know there are always multiple options and do the same for my clientele. Save them money! Instead of moving a lot of sprinkler heads, Jeff suggested larger sprinkler heads. He was able to save me over 700 dollars. Way to go Jeff. Now my entire garden is well watered, no more dealing with soaker hoses. Very happy client.

Have been using Able for a couple of years now and find them very expensive. They came to start up my small sprinkler system 150 dollars ( about 1.5 times more expensive than other companies ) and after they left one of my zone's did not work. Called them back ( took 3 weeks for there return ) and technician said I had a broken line and head office would send a quote that took 2 weeks and over 500 dollars after I reluctantly agreed they sent out technician to fix , then when he was there he said it wasn't a broken line but had a much worse problem and they would get back to me with a price to fix now another 700 dollars. I called back sprinkler company that installed original system they came next day was a blockage in the regulator they blew it out and system work's perfectly again cost 150 dollars. I strongly recommend anyone thinking to use Able to get other quotes as they are very expensive and technicians do not have the experience required to service customers properly.

Both office staff and field technicians have been outstanding over the years. They take care of our annual system requirements and when repairs are required the work is attended to quickly and professionally.

$158 was a quote for a 7 zone residential winterization service. That was 58% more expensive than other companies in Burnaby that we were quoted. Not competitive in their pricing.

Very positive experience dealing with their technician Jeff.Jeff was very nice to consult with. He took the time to explain the various irrigation issues, as well as provide me a suite of potential remedies. Jeff seemed very honest and professional and was pleasant to talk with.

Zach is amazing. Super personable and work quality is great!
