I was buying there lots until recently I had a bad experience where I was not talked too respectfully and will not be going there again!

I've gone several times and I can't say I feel very welcomed. I'd say half the staff are very friendly, easy to talk to and very willing to help. While the other half seem to talk down to you unless you know exactly what you are talking about.As a newbie to the sewing world, I don't know the proper terminology, so going to a store that sells products, you would like to think they would be willing to explain some things to you. Not always the case when I go.I do get greeted by some, maybe 2 out of 8 staff. I think they should all have the common courtesy to just be nice to everyone that comes into their store.It can be a little overwhelming with their fabrics as things are kind of just piled on top of each other in some areas.I'm sure some of their attitudes aren't intentional. This pandemic has made many people go crazy. But it's also brought the creative juices flowing in some. I had no idea I could sew until I had to make myself some masks.So to the staff, thank you for your hard work, but please don't intimidate those who want to make their own stuff, who need your help to explain why certain fabrics are better than others and be friendly! It's not hard to be nice! That's all we (customers) want!

Unhelpful employees and not good fabric selection.Barely any selection of good basic fabrics, and if you do find any, they are so overpriced. So many tacky fabrics and its so hard to ask employees for help. Most of the employees are rude and give you looks while you're shopping or asking a question. They also look down on you when you don't understand sewing terms so it is very hard for beginners to shop there because it can be overwhelming.

Great fabric shop! A girl named Theo was so kind to me and my son and gave us great tips :) She even helped carry my fabric. Amazing customer service.

Was walking down the halls of what used to be my favourite location to purchase quality fabrics, and to my surprise a bundle of royal purple fabric toppled from its pedestal nearly taking my life. After this traumatic experience, to my surprise, the unwelcoming employees approached me and accused me deliberately knocking down their stock. Very dissatisfied with this company!

Wonderful store with a huge selection of quality fashion fabrics and clothing textiles. Fabricland is an incredible resource for home sewers, costumers/cosplayers, fashion students, quilters, event planners, home decor enthusiasts, and crafters of all kinds. Also, several sections of premade items for home decor. Notions of all types are available as well as tools for sewing and crafting. Like to sew? Consider buying yourself a good pair of Soft-cut scissors, you won't regret it. I recommend joining their Fabricland Members sewer's club for extra discounts.
