Cordova Physiotherapy

Cordova physio is amazing. Attending for pelvic physio. They offer 1 hour sessions and they are one-on-one. Amazing staff and incredible attention to detail. They are always trying to make my health and quality of life better. I previously attended Nova Physio who offered 15 min sessions, with 15 min unsupervised" heat treatment. I would only have 15 min to get a treatment and converse with my physiotherapist for the same price (or higher) than what Cordova charges. I went to Nova for years and stopped due to pandemic. Finding Cordova was a blessing and what an incredible difference they have made in my life. Different from Nova was they incorporate external stretches and massage techniques for pelvic floor in addition to the traditional method. They didn't offer that to me at Nova. HIGHLY recommend Cordova especially because they offer 1 hr sessions

Phenomenal service! I have been seeing Liza for years for chronic pain. She is a dry needling wizard! They are exceptional practitioners. Very knowledgeable, incredibly accommodating, always amazing customer service from everyone on staff. Full one hour sessions, one on one treatment, which is very rare for physiotherapy.

I was assigned towards Claire for my assessment and helped me with my shoulder injury. She guided me towards the right path to recovery and properly showed me the exercise I needed to work on. 2 weeks after my appointment, I already felt a big improvement and could easily move my shoulder again! I would rate this physiotherapy 6 stars out of 5 if I could! Excellent service and friendly staff!

I have been going to Cordova Physiotherapy for over ten years, and I would never go anywhere else. Liza has been treating a sensitive spinal injury and I'm grateful to have someone treating me that takes her time in a private, one on one session. She does a very thorough job, she's never distracted with other patients because of their one on one appointment system, and she completely understands what I need. My back injury is something I'll need to treat for the rest of my life so I don't take choosing a physiotherapist lightly. I have full trust in her and I'll continue to come back.

Amazing staff, better treatment!I have been going to Cordova for a little over a month for a WCB injury and have had nothing but competent treatment from day one. The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and seemed to be very well versed when it came to possible restrictions at work, and the reasons for them.I can honestly say I feel a little better every time I leave and that even if it's a bit of a drive for you, it's 100% worth it.

I met with Liza quite a few years back, she was at her previous location in the same strip mall. My knees have arthritis and since seeing Liza on a very regular basis, every 3 to 4 weeks, I have noticed a very positive effect on my knees and know her care is what is keeping me off pain medication and hopefully from getting to the point of needing knee replacement surgery. Liza is an excellent physiotherapist who I also went to when I happened to fall and badly sprain an ankle. Under her great care I was mobile and pain free over an acceptable period of time. She's very pleasant and caring, makes me feel important in her care. I have and will continue to recommend her to others in need. The parking lot is always available with spots which to me is also a great factor.

I was advised by my friends and colleagues to see a physiotherapist after a pretty bad car accident. My neck area and lower back were in pain but I honestly didn’t think it was necessary. That is, until they started pointing out that it was negatively affecting my posture which may have long-term effects. That convinced me. I did some searching and I came across Cordova Physiotherapy. Long story short, I am glad that I came to see these guys. I had a pleasure of working with Curtis who was very thorough with his assessment. He’s very passionate in helping you get better and just, generally, passionate about the work that he does. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to which led to a great experience. Definitely sped up my recovery. I highly recommend this team!

I highly recommend Cordova Physio. My therapist, Claire, is very knowledgeable, very polite, and patient. My neck, lower back and shoulder pains have all improved wherein I can barely move and lie down weeks back.

Cordova Physiotherapy is a very clean and organized place. I also felt safe being there during the pandemic. Claire Kim was my practioner. She always followed protocol. She was super knowledgeable, and really nice. I learned a lot of new exercises from her, that helped me recover. I would give her more than 5 stars. I had such a great experience. I highly recommend!
