Unusable and awfully designed website with too few options for photos. The photo taking session itself was lovely but the results are not great. If you are getting grad photos, don't go through your school since it seems like they generally have deals with this company. Just find some other way because this is NOT worth it.

The photographer was nice but the session was hurried, you have little choice in the shots they choose for you, there is no time for any outfit changes or prop shots advertised by Prestige, and the photos are way too expensive (eg. one 8x10 shot is $46). No one should have to buy a $249 CD or a $419 perfect" package -- such a ripoff."

Not a great company for graduation photos. Their packages are not flexible enough and they are expensive. Plus they offer a CD of your photos instead of a USB and you can only get that CD with the cost of an expensive package.

I don’t understand why some of my pictures came without a watermark and some of they did. It makes no sense when I’m paying over than 300$ for your guys products. I will not be using prestige photography again.

Its sad i cant give it 0 starsIt was very hurried. Its very expensive and the pictures aren't even good.I payed 30 dollars more than my friends for the premium" session i asked if someone can come and see the photos they said no becuase they were in a hurry.i asked if i can see them she said yes but we cant retake them for time limitations. Ordering them online is a hassle and its very expensive sitting at 96 dollars a pose and 250 dollars for only 5 of the poses. I am probably going to do some illigal activity tonight and get my photos"

Sadly I can't give a 0 star. This company is awful. My daughter had pictures done at her school and it was awful. The lady doing her pictures was so rude you could see the fake smile on her face. She did not want me to pay for another sitting fee so she took poses from the awful session. I did the survey asking for a call back 2 weeks ago and still to this day no call. I hope the school changes companies be for my other children graduate.

The proofs of my son, who is usually very cheerful were lacking cheer. First round, there wasn't even 1 pose we could choose. Customer service was not good. It took a number of calls and being spun in many circles to get through to and actually talk to someone. Their website to order from is not easy to use. They didn't have the product I was looking for. Why do they sell 4x5 instead of standard 4x6?

Just graduated and I thought I’d get some nice grad photos! $35 sitting fee which is alright with me but the photographer had no clue how things worked. She said that we wouldn’t have to pay anymore for our pictures. Looking at the prices now, I’m sorry but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous…. $64 for 1 pose, 8 wallet photos. If you want any kind of touch ups it’s an extra $20, that is insane. I understand people will pay a higher price for their grad photos but come on, students are already 30-50k in the hole after graduating and now we get nailed one last time. It costs $300 just for a somewhat decent package. Very upsetting. By the looks of things, they really need to start listening to their customers or they won’t be around for long.

Daughter had grad photos done. She looked great, the pictures did not. Variety of poses quite limited, poor lighting and shadows in the majority. Some poses were odd (hat and just eyes visible over wad of fake looking flowers).Photos with hat should be done last. We had issue with hairs that were obviously out of place. Customer service said it will cost$90 to fix this. $45per view selected about same price as a picture itself. Definitely should have been noticed by photographer to avoid obvious problem. Person sitting getting pictures done has no way of knowing. I was told photographers aren’t allowed to make adjustments(great way to make sure everyone needs to add retouch fee I guess). Any picture without hat was spoiled because of this. Appointment availability quite limited. Daughter had to take time off school to get pictures done. Found the prices to be high for the lack of quality and effort put into a studio “photo session”. This is one of the most significant pictures taken for many people, especially kids this age. There should be way more attention paid to details, in pictures that will be seen for many years. A quick and cheap studio takes more care.*We did end up going for retakes. Thankfully had a different photographer. She was understanding to our previous issues. I was there this time to pay attention to details, likewise she was more mindful to make adjustments too.

This is a complete ripoff of a students and parents, one pose will cost you $60. Schools must let them go and hire a photographer to do pictures. NEGATIVE 5 STAR.
