Hands down the best music store experience ever. The place is huge, they have everything.Service is a whole other level. Shout out to Paul (guitar shop), who went the extra mile addressing our every question and showed us so much interesting stuff.

I had the most amazing experience with Paul (Paulo)!!!! He helped us with the guitar gear. I was looking for a specific pedal to replace one I burned on me.He went out of his way to match my gear and let me test the pedals. I end up buying two pedal and many more accessories.I highly recommend this store and staff.

Lovely Superstore that has everything you need for guitars. It's structured so there's multiple small shops inside for various items. We went there on a Monday afternoon and there were not a lot of people, so it was very easy for us to get what we wanted. There's guitars for every need and all sorts of price ranges. We were here for strings and picks, which they had a ton of options to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed.Outside of guitars, they also have all sorts of other musical equipment such as keyboards, drums, and amps. We didn't go into all the stores but it seems like they have a very large selection.

Guitar repair shop really does a great job! I usually leave all my guitars to Ken to get them fixed, set up or for him to perform touch ups. He is simply a magician. I just could not believe when I got my guitars back: he sets up action to my preference (very low), intonates them great, touches up and matches the colors correctly. He actually matched the colors up for one of Jackson swirl guitars, too. He replaced the guitar nut amazingly on my Gibson LP Supreme, too. This is definitely a place where I will come back again and again.

This location used to be better in my opinion. The bass sections seems to keep getting smaller and smaller, and the amp/cab combo I plugged into was malfunctioning. Line 6/Yamaha booth upstairs looked cool but nothing was plugged in so I couldn't demo anything. The Taylor and Martin acoustic rooms however are spectacular. And the new pedal testing showcase is genius.

I wanted to order a synthesizer online. I called the store to ask them if they had it in stock, they told me that they had one unit left. Nowhere on the website did it say that the unit was an open box and the store clerk who picked up the call never told me that the unit was an open box. After placing my order for the unit, I was monitoring the progress of the order and realized that it wasn't being shipped. I had to call several times regarding the progress of the order for them to finally tell me that the unit was an open box. Maybe you should put that info on the website. I was planning on buying other gears , but for sure it won't be from you guy! By the way it was the behringer 2600 blue marvin, be aware that it is an open box if you're planning on buying it.

I received a Yamaha FG5 as a birthday gift from my wife last year. This guitar ticked every box on my list of must have"s for an acoustic. I knew this was a keeper from the very first strum. In making some adjustments to the guitar's setup my Luthier found something they attributed to a possible manufacturing issue.
