We had Janice Chan as our pre-planning director when we purchased a plot from Highland Hills Cemetery for burying my parents. We are so glad that we ran into Janice because she helped us a tremendously from the very beginning to the very end. She was our guide from selection of products to design, transportation of ashes through to burial. On the burial day, the weather was on and off rainy and she helped us readjust the ceremony time to avoid the rain so that we could carry out the burial without getting wet. She was also acting as burial director and patiently helped us all through the ceremony attending to details we do not know about as we had no prior experience. We really needed someone kind and knowledgeable to guide us through and Janice delivered with flying colors. She stayed with us all the time and thoroughly followed through to the end. Highland Hills Cemetery is really great cemetery！My husband and I met with Amy Huang （ Pre- planing Director）to make plans for our final resting place. Price was important to us so Amy worked with us, presenting us with many options at various price levels until we decided on an ideal plot which not only did we like, but also met our budget.
