We have eaten here twice since arriving in Trail. The first night they were very accommodating despite the fact they were closing in 20 minutes. We've tried ribs (a homemade bbq sauce), pizza, pasta, fish, steak, fish & chips. The desserts we saw delivered to other patrons have looked delicious but we've been too full to try them. The caesar dressing is the best I've ever had and they sell it there as well as we found it sold at Ferraro grocery stores in Trail and Rossland. They do tend to put a LOT on their salad so you may want to ask them to go easy on the dressing. We highly recommend eating here.

Pretty tasty vegetarian lasagna and very kind service. Took a little while to get the food but they came out to let me know there was a mistake so no worries! Great lunch stop between Osoyoos and Nelson!

I went to Cafe Michaels for Lunch and it was so good. I ordered the Steak Sandwich from the Lunch menu and it was amazing; it came with home cut fries and Caesar salad which was so good. The prices for lunch are prett cheap and I feel like it’s a really good value for the price. The service was also really good and the server was friendly. I also love the vibe it has with the chandelier and all of the natural plants. Definitely worth checking out.

Waitresses were very experienced with their table manners. They had lots of questions which was a good thing. I had there a fee of french onion soup and calamari and I really liked the calamari. The question that the girl asked us was would you like your appetizers with your meal or individual. Very good question.I was at the Tunnel Pub just recently and my dining experience there went right off the rails with the owner getting mad because we dared to ask if we could get appetizers and the main meal together. There is more to this but overall I'm not going back to the Tunnel Pub for a very long time they don't need my business.

So far the best place to have food in Trail. Been there over 5 times. I had different dishes Pasta , crêpes, salad, Pizza. It's all good and not over priced.
