Amazing people, fast service, wouldn't recommend anyone else. Anyone can be a home inspector but it takes someone to really care.

So extremely impressed with our home inspection from Clearview Home Inspection. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make and having experienced and knowledgable home inspectors is the most important thing you can do. Sue and Roly are just that, they go through the subject home with great detail and provide knowledge and insight into any concern. They made sure we were aware of all concerning factors of our home so we knew what we were getting into with this massive purchase. 5 stars for sure, thank you for such a great experience on the day of the home inspection and a very detailed report for our reference. Also thank you for going out of your way to do our inspection in a town that is not in your immediate service territory!!! Thank you!!!

Our realtor Chuck Murney recommended to use Clearview Home Inspectors to us and boy are we glad he did! Roly and Sue were amazing. This was our first cottage purchase and we did not know what to expect. First off, they were both very knowledgeable and super friendly. They met us on site with our realtor and walked us through the cottage and the garage. They went over every aspect of the property in great detail and answered all our questions. They even provided us with many preventative measure ideas to keep things like the generator and water system properly maintained. Then came the report all we can say is Wow! it was so detailed (it included photographs with descriptive paragraphs for each item) and again contained things that we should keep our eye on in the future. Roly also was able to W.E.T.T. certify our wood fire insert as he is a W.E.T.T. certified inspector. Again thank you to the both of you we will definitely get your company again if we ever decide to purchase another property.

It worked out well that Roly Wight happened to be in Barrie at a time when some consultation was required. Although I do not have another inspector to compare him to, he demonstrated a thoroughness and attention to detail that I felt more than satisfied with. I felt comfortable with his patience and professionalism in willing to answer questions that I am sure he gets constantly. One may be very surprised to find out what one does not know about a house, until there is someone who can walk you through some of the very important issues, especially where safety is concerned.I (personally) would prefer to have Roly do any future consultations on this home, and I also feel very comfortable and confident in recommending him to others for home inspections, consultations or questions.

Used Clearview for my condo purchase last year. Now - wouldn't make a purchase without them. Most knowledgeable inspectors around. Great communication, competitive prices, very helpful and great people. The reports are detailed and easy for anyone to understand.
