I see Jeff Chambers here, he is an amazing hairstylist! The set up is well organized and quite private, personally I prefer not to be on display with wet hair or a head full of foils so that aspect makes this place even better! I've been going to Jeff for years and I am always so happy with the results, 100% do recommend!

I've been running my salon business at My Salon Suite Ottawa for over 5 years and I love the space! I have full freedom of scheduling appointments, and coming and going as I wish. My clients who have followed me for 20 years to different salons, also love the space and rave about the beautifully designed and clean space. They really enjoy the more private experience especially during the pandemic.The building is well maintained too.I cannot say how wonderful Linda is as a landlord! She is professional, kind, fair, helpful, always on top of fixing any problems that come up.I would 100% recommend My Salon Suite Ottawa for hairstylists and clients.

I have operated my business out of Salon Suites Ottawa for over 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the building and the landlord. Salon Suites has provided me the chance to create my own business at the age of 27 with only a few hundred bucks in my bank account. Now my business is thriving! I have one employee and over 1500 clients. I have quadrupled my annual income and this financial abundance has allowed me to travel, take copious amount of time off, build my skill set, afford the high quality products I'd like to use on my clients and run and operate my business the way I see fit. The building is very clean (it is cleaned professionally every day), safe (we have a very sophisticated security system), quiet (I hardly ever hear my neighbors unless they are extremely loud) AND is COVID safe (what is better to prevent the spread of disease than working in a segregated room). I am thankful for the existence of this concept, otherwise I might have never been able to open my business. Thanks Linda, Ken & the Salon Suite staff!

Love this place! I've been going there to see Karlene for several years now. I really appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. It's such a warm and bright space, from the entrance and throughout. Really important- the bathrooms are spotless! They put a lot of care in the space. Karlene is also one of the best hairdressers in town! What an artist!

My Salon Suite is home to several of Ottawa's top hair stylists; and Karlene is, essentially, the only person my mother trusts with her hair care needs. Karlene is accommodating and flexible with my demanding schedule as I'm often the one playing chauffeur to appointments. I have witnessed the attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness and genuine hospitality provided to all her clients. Pre-pandemic, it was always a joy to pop in to say a quick hello and get a laugh to brighten the day. Her services come highly recommended from someone (i.e. like myself) who appreciates how much she makes his mother feel like the Queen she is.

Overall, the place is nicely maintained; the suites are neat and well organized and the washrooms are always pristine clean. The location is so convenient, building is well maintained and cleaned, and the bathroom is like a showroom, nicely decorated. You always feel welcome, specially on the 6th Fl. Very beautiful, upscale and clean space.lovey decorated washrooms which are always cleans. The place is also very secured as there is 24hrs surveillance clients are never worried about booking a late appointment .

I have been getting my hair done with a stylist at this location for 3 years now. I love how bright and clean the spaces are. During COVID the owner has posted multiple signs showing Public Health Regulations, provided hand sanitizer at the entrance and for everyone's safety has closed the waiting area. The multiple business owners are always friendly and polite.
