I have mixed feelings on this place. The service, cleanliness, overall appearance is fine. The lighting is a little dark and makes the food look a little washed out. The selection of food varies from chicken, pork ribs, ham, Chinese food, fish, fried stuff (onion rings, fish, etc). It all tasted okay but nothing really stood out. Because of that, I think the asking price is a bit steep for dinner prices. I liked the build your own taco" section that uses ingredients from the salad bar. The salad bar is good.The place focuses on large groups and parties and not really a place for a "nice meal" (I do realize this is a buffet). I personally just don't think it's worth going as I feel other buffets bring better value.I heard the other locations are better. I feel this franchise should have one location and make that one location the best buffet in town. Edmonton buffets are hard to come by."

Not a lot of dessert options, its the first thing i look off a menu and its boring cupcakes, some brownies and such that you can find in your nearest safeway. Not quite satisfied in their overall menu as well. Probably why i dont see much people here coming for lunch and staff consider 10 tables busy". I dont think i will bring my family here again. Not worth my $32.. Still in search of a great buffet place in town."

The food here is very tasty. Buffet has a lot of options including vegetarian options as well. Fairly priced and a lot of seating. Staff is polite and the service is quick. Would recommend

I think I may have had the best bacon in Edmonton. The buffet was a little expensive but the food was delicious so I think it was worth it

Such a wide variety of really delicious dishes! Chinese, sushi, salads, beef, ribs, pizza, onion rings, mashed potatoes, honestly endless choices! Dessert is awesome!!!!!! Thank you so much for you generous and kind service!

The place is quite big and has lot of seating capacity. Good for a big group of people to have a party or get together . I went to have their lunch buffet and the food was only mediocre. There wasn’t anything exciting on the menu to be honest.I took a $24 groupon for 2 lunch buffet. I think for $24, it was worth it. If they could improve their menu a bit and put more items on the buffet that would make a huge difference.

First some personal viewpoints, then my opinion. I have not been to a buffet restaurant for well over 10 years.I decided to change that as an adventure. I recall vaguely the time when Foody Goody was the other big buffet game in town. Now it seems Buffet Royale holds down the area.My party was greeted warmly at the door by staff. There was no wait, and the interior was pleasant enough.The food was essentially a collection of food court greatest hits. I thought the pseudo Chinese food was respectable. Is this good for your health? Better consider this a cheat day.They had a cute chocolate fountain featured in the center of the food displays. They also had a nacho chip dispenser in the corner like a novelty.Bottom line is this turned out to be one of those adventures I can say I did, but can't say I'd want to do again any time soon.

Don't be fooled by their Anniversary Price. The Meal selection is way less than what you get in their regular price. No Shrimp, no other protein just the prime rib. With the exception of their Prime Rib thats real good the rest are OLD, dry, greasy, overheld at the warmers. Dirty plates.The Manager do not know how to deal with Customer and never checked on tables.This is a real true to life review as i am a regular Customer and visited all your Locations for over 10 times. Southside is worst both Food quality and Service.Maybe try visiting your stores and check yourself. Lowering the price will get you Customers but will lose a lot of them after promo ends due to bad experience. We are a group of 12 and all of us will never return nor recommend.Also, you are the only Restaurant that charges $1 for Hot Water?? Ridiculous. The fact that you already charged 15% autogratuity for a worst service snd cant give the water freee..
