Booster Juice

I came in and this girl with red hair wasn’t really nice/friendly. Her attitude felt off but good variety of options they had there.

Visited the shop to get a quick drink. The lady was very polite and supportive. I asked for the Red Sunrise juice and she served it quickly. Had a nice satisfying experience.

I wanted to give a 5 star review because the manager Matilda 's customer service was top notch. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super sweet. However her colleague Jordan who is also a manager at this location is the reason why my review is only 3 star. Not only was she obnoxious and rude, I had to painstakingly hear the details of her upcoming surgery. While Matilda was serving customers, Jordan sat, chatted and complained loudly to Matilda. A few of the other customers in the store and I were shocked at how loudly she was speaking as well as how she was doing absolutely nothing to assist in the long wait for orders. After I finally made my order with Matilda, Jordan yells out that she will not be making my order and repeatedly told Matilda NOT to dare ask her. Apparently she detest making juices!Seriously!? This is supposed to be a front line manager? Booster Juice needs to review who is representing their company. I will certainly not be back at this location. Shout out to Matilda, she deserves all the merit.

I would just like to start off this review by saying I have been coming to this booster juice for about a year now and they never disappoint. The consistency of the drinks are perfect, the entry area is always very clean and tidy. The staff is especially friendly. I was in recently with my son and a lovely employee gave him a sticker. I couldn’t remember their name but she had great customer service, and made good conversation. All together the Meadowvale Town Center Booster Juice so far is the best location I have visited and also recommend it to all my friends at yoga to go to afterwards.

Walked in today around 1ish, the girl,no greeting, no smile. Didn't ask me what I wanted. Frowned. Was making my coconut crush,as she poor the coconut water in the container, the top of the container falls into the other juices,who knows if the top of that container was not cleaned..other then my experience today o do love the owner.

I go every morning. Before the girl at opening would open at 7:30, now she opens at 7:50…the hours on the door say 7. I get that you need to set up, but it’s only ever me in the morning at that time and I’m not understanding why it’s so hard to just open the store. The evening staff is great though.

Unfortunately overpriced for smoothies you could make at home. Slow service and rude staff. Wraps were good though but overall not very worth it.

I have been there a few times now and it has been great service. The girls are patient, opened to retaking the order if I forgot an add on, gave me suggestions on most popular customer drink at this particular Booster juice...Overall, great experience and I love that it is kept clean.I took a star off because I believe a business should take pride in fixing broken things and I’ve noticed a written paper note where a plexiglass is suppose to be? I think management can afford to fix that. Just saying…

Booster juice is great but the franchise owner of this location doesn’t know a single thing about operating a business. Completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and go to a different location.
