I was tested by a ENT and had been told I had 2 pages of things I was allergic to and he wanted me to take some kind of allergy shots. I went to Dr Ling Ling and was tested , to find out I wasn’t allergic to everything under the sun. She was fabulous and explained everything. I highly recommend seeing her.

After a misunderstanding about a booking they worked very hard to correct the issue and have been very accommodating. I will revise this review after my visit.

We took our 4 year old daughter for allergy testing to Dr Ma and we had a great experience! Starting from appointment booking, Mr Feng was extremely helpful and put us on the cancellation list when I mentioned that we were traveling soon. The nurse who did the testing was gentle and very caring. Dr. Ma herself was very pleasant. She answered all our questions in detail and was very friendly. The appointment time was more than enough for a detailed discussion. I highly recommend this clinic!!

3 stars because I am disappointed this clinic wasted a bit of my time. Allergies don't just come and go. I've fought trying to regulate my allergies for many years. First, a long wait for an appointment but I can understand that. I waited 6 months for an appointment. Decided on one method which was about 6 months of allergy injections and would have to see how my allergies went the following year, which is now, 2022. I had sent an email to ask to get my same prescription refilled from last year. And then, I received a phone call saying I had to get referred again through my doctor. Isn't that frustrating, you wait half a year for an appointment, following another year to see how the injections did and now told you need another referral.

I have an allergy issue to see Dr. Ma. She spent so much time to explain to me and made the detailed plans. If the situation will be like this, what we are going to do, if the condition likes that, how we are going to deal with. Dr. Ma truly cares about her patient, very thorough and knowledgeable. Front desk and nurse are friendly too.

bad parking but otherwise clinic is small and clean. Doctor was very detailed in her assessment and took the time to answer all the questions. Good people skills and the nurse was diligent.

Useless waste of time going to this clinic. Just a money grab.

Always had pleasant experiences here with Dr. Ma. She’s a caring doctor that books sufficient time with each patient to really be thorough with the care provided. She’s always happy to spend an extra few minutes answering any questions to really make sure the treatments provided are effective. You don’t get this with every doctor in Canada.
