the short woman working in Laval was very rude and agressive, the minute i crossed the door she took my employer paper without even a greeting. she wanted to prevent my wife from looking at shoes pretending that as long as she wasn't the one buying she souldn't be looking around. she was adressing me as Vous Autres" it was a real unpleasent necessary experience."

I bought steel toed work boots from this store two months ago. These boots were suggested by the employees being a top of the line boot but after doing regular wear of my boots they have holes and the leather is tearing. These are the cheapest boots I have ever worn (Dollarama sandals would last longer) I've had these boots for just under a month and they started taking on water when I was barely in the water. I go to show my boots today Saturday January 8th 2022 and all the Collin stores are closed for inventory!! After the government announced Sundays stores were to be close they decide to do their inventory on the only weekend day and not during the week where they would have time completely horrible service would not suggest anyone buy boots there. I would go to another store if my company did not pay for our boots from that company which I am trying to convince them to stop buying from Collins

Bought a pair of boots and after 2 months the lace holder where ripping off and did not try to help me cause I had lost the bill but I had my credit card date but they were not interested to look up the bill . So I guess I will be shopping else where .

Very helpful staff and large selection of safety shoes. Although they are pretty expensive they look good and appears to be of a very good quality. Some of the shoes are made from leather in Canada.

Amazing selection the sales guy really knew his stuff. And the price was pretty awesome also. Really you want good boots go there. Compared to other places it really can t be beat
