The friendliest staff ever! I was riding on the trail close by with my girlfriend when my chain broke off. I walked it in assuming I’d have to leave it for the day, but the tech quickly brought my bike in and started working on it, they also did me a huge favor by squeezing me in and giving my bike a much needed tune up. I had it all fixed up and back on the trail after a really good cappuccino and croissant from the Bike Cafe. It’s an awesome place and our new mid point stop from now on at the cafe.

Mike is literally the best mechanic in the GTA. My rear wheel was wobbling, I couldn't figure out what was wrong.I went to the shop expecting a big bill but Mike examined my bike and fixed it for FREE as it was under warranty.And now the bike is even smoother than the brand new.Kuddos to Mike & the team!

I must say, had an amazing buying experience with CHC.. Erica was so friendly, patient to walk me through my bike upgrade, gave me the best deal & answered all questions & doubts. My order was placed within moments & received the bike arrival email within 2-3 days. Even the delivery process was so friendly & easy. Great experIence! The friendly, knowledgeable staff listened to my needs and found me the perfect bike! They were so helpful and patient explaining the technical details of the bikes, racks etc. and did not try to upsell. Highly recommend this business!

I drove about 45 mins to this location as no one locally was taking in bike repairs. When I arrived I said my rear hub had never been serviced and I also asked that they straightened my rear derailleur hanger. Nothing else was wrong with my bike. When I got it back a week later I took it for a brief ride, I noticed the bike would no longer go into gear and the cable had a lot of slack. I brought it back and the tech said “well it was fine on my rack” but he reluctantly took it in. He adjusted it and returned it to me... still no good. I noticed the nut on the derailleur was loose, and the axle was loose. He tightened up the derailleur and and told me the axle was not getting any tighter. He then explained that he worked on 30 bikes and gets paid $120 an hour and I should have got a tune up and new cables if I wanted the bike to work properly. I took it home and fixed the issues myself, but the axle was still loose and started making noise. Another tech fixed this somewhere else for nothing! Took 10 mins. This place might be good but they are taking in too many bikes and not spending enough time and care on repairs. I won’t be going back.

We love this place! We are newbie lower end cyclists, and Cameron treated us as though we were his biggest customers. He spent hours helping us get exactly the bike we needed, and is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot recommend Caledon Hills highly enough!

I have been using Caledon Hills Cycling for many years but moved away a few years ago. I am now back in the region and so happy that Mike (Mechanic) is still there. He is extremely skilled and his service is outstanding. Just a really great guy to know!
