Always so thorough and informative. My dog hates everyone, but she loves this place and all the staff. I have a vet clinic right next door, and I still drive my dog to this place. They're that good

Have had the privilege of spending 30k plus at vets over the past 3 years (sickly rescue dogs) and Riverside had become my goto for not only myself, but my entire family.For anyone complaining about staff being rude or declining to treat the dog this is not the entire story. This vet doesn’t tolerate abusive customers, and will not continue to see an animal if they feel it is not in their or the pets best interest.Yes they also can move an appointment, all vets do this, even the $800 initial consultation emergency vets.

We got our baby boy Odin back in May and was recommended by family to go to Riverside. We have had nothing but amazing experiences here especially in these interesting times.The whole process is very seamless and they seem to care very much for their patients. We love how we always get a courtesy call to remind us of an upcoming appointment also.Also Odin especially loves the technician Victoria!

Victoria at Riverside is the most abrasive, ignorant person I have come across in a very long time. I had my dog booked for a spay appt today and I got a call two hours later saying they couldn’t sedate her as she was extremely aggressive. My 10 month old Rottie/German Shepherd is the most sweet and gentle pup. Not one person has ever said she is aggressive or mean. When I picked her up, Victoria sternly told me my dog needs training and no clinic will be able to spay her. When I brought my dog home she was so timid, her eyes were full of blotches of blood and she was dry heaving. I called the clinic and Victoria told me it’s probably just trauma because she was super aggressive and if it continues for a couple days to call back. Ummmm ok. My boyfriend called to speak to the manager and he and Victoria got into an argument. She wouldn’t let him talk and she hung up the phone on him. We will definitely be escalating this issue and we will never EVER take our dog back to Riverside. Victoria needs some serious training on how to handle dogs but also customer service.

Riverside Pet Hospital has been out vet hospital for many years now.The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Riverside has taken care of our fur babies for over 15 years. Dr. Johnston and in particular Victoria (vet tech) have been fantastic with our cats. When our cats got old and started having so many medical issues Victoria has been so patient with us and our many questions and phone calls, always taking the time to explain everything. She is extremely loving and caring towards our cats and I have seen her be the same with other clients and their pets. Highly recommend Dr. Johnston and Victoria.

Please avoid this vet by all means! All they care about is money. It is mid 2023 and they are still doing curbside? They take our dog for 2-5 minutes, and come back with a $$$ bill with no assurance on what they even did. They take on WAY too many clients and focus on the quantity of money over the quality. Do not go here!

I cant say enough wonderful praise.Riverside Pet Hospital and Dr. Korosi are the best.Thru two German Shepards and four cats lives, we knew we were in excellent hands .

After going through a cat food fiasco with another vet I found Riverside!My senior cat needed 3 people at a different vets office to hold him and Gabupentin prior to taking him in to get his monthly injection for arthritis (this cat is 18yrs old)At riverside I don’t need to give him anything and he doesn’t even notice the injection! He’s not stressed at all.Great vets office!

You can tell the vets here really care about the pets, everytime I've gone every employee gets happy and calls my dog by name 90% of the time before I even introduce myself, always get test results with in 1-2 days, they have never not been available in more serious urgent situations with booking last minute appointments asap. Love them! & My dog is always excited to see them as you can see in the photos aha
