Things Engraved Online Only

My daughter bought a glass for $10.00 and they charged her $65.00 to engrave on the glass. I asked if I could get a box for the glass. No that would be an additional $2.50 really after $1.50 a letter you can't supply a box for the wine glass

Things Engraved has a niche in the market. They do a good job engraving, I've never picked up a piece that I was unhappy with. My grievance would be the cost, reading others reviews I see I'm not alone. If I purchase an item for elsewhere and bring it in to get engraved it's an additional $10 'set-up' fee right off the bat. There are certain items they just don't carry!!! Then they seem to find a way to stretch out the number of characters for your engraving and they are relentless with trying to up sell. Why don't you add a scroll. All their recommendations cost you more money! Why can't they recommend alternatives such as you could write it out November 2, 2018 for $$ or 11 02 18 for $.

Awesome, engraved in one hour..really helpful counter person. Helped me pick the font and suggested the placement of the words and symbol I picked...even gave me a nice gift bag.

Will not go back. The text was the font we had wanted however it was not laid out in the way they explained that it would be. When we first mentioned this they were more interested in defending their work and pointing the blame on us for not knowing what our other options could have been. After some discussion they did offer other options that would have been much more suited for what we had engraved. We took that advice and will use it elsewhere to have them engraved properly as they did not offer to resolve the issue beyond redoing it at full cost.Their service might be okay for simple items but they can not be trusted for anything beyond that.

We go there often when we are looking for a last minute gift. Never disappointed.They have a variety of things on which you can engrave whatever you want to. Engraving is charged by the number of letters, so be wise and be short & sweet with your messages.

Disappointed in their customer service and way they run their store. It was worth taking my items elsewhere.

Blamed me for not knowing their internal coding or references. Order came out wrong. They did not want to fix it unless I purchased another expensive frame. Never going back. Beware, especially if you have something expensive and / or meaningful to engrave.
