I am a residential home builder and Jessica staged the last home we built in the $2.5M range. The home looks beautiful!! In fact, I've had another builder ask who did the staging as it looks that good. Her price was reasonable compared to prices I've had from other staging companies in the past. Jessica communicated promptly about times and showed up when she said she would. We had a tight timeframe before the professional photographers came in to take pictures and she met our deadline. She has a real knack for picking the right accessories to go with the beautiful furniture she has. Everything looked like it belonged in this higher end house and made it feel like a home.
