Georgian Radiology

I called and the service said the location was open until 5 pm. I show up, purchase my parking ($2.00 being the minimum for 2 hours time and it was 4:29pm) and walk down only to be told within a minute of entering that the office stopped taking patient around 4pm. The staff was curt, unapologetic and quick to become defensive when I suggested it might me worth while to have that information accessible online. Apparently, the walk-in clinics could let you know if they were closed to new patients but Georgian Radiology cannot. Don't bother going to this location after 4 pm expecting to be accepted.

I was going to X-ray my broken arm on New Years eve,(31of dec.).Note on the door was stating OPEN UNTIL 12:00,it was 11:52! I was told that Xray machine is already turned off and they were cleaning.I would think that turning equipment off and cleaning should take place after closing and not before!!On Jan 3rd after checking on internet that they are open, I went there again for my X-ray just to find lights off and door closed!Because of my broken arm I can’t drive so every time I have to arrange my transportation!I can’t understand why in times when all people are so computer smart,there is nobody who would be responsible for updating the website,or is it just matter of not caring….or stupidity!

Georgian Radiology runs a good clinic here. The staff are professional and I'm confident that the imaging is excellent. But I do not recommend that you use this location. The landlord of this building has implemented a paid parking system that is a cash grab. Knowing the leasing prices in this building if I were a business here I would be furious. The parking fees are far too high and the meters are designed to trick users into accidentally paying for a full day. This is especially disingenuous when so many of the patients accessing the services in this building are seniors on a fixed income.Do use Georgian Radiology, but don't go here until this is changed. Rewarding this behaviour will only encourage it.

Arrived at the clinic for my wife's bone density scan about 10 minutes early. Smiling faces at reception, easy registration and called promptly at the appointment time. Special kudos to Melissa for friendly, helpful and attentive service. Many thanks.

Called to book an apt for my x-ray was told they don’t book apt for x-rays and that I could just show up. I walked an hour in the rain to get there and was told they aren’t doing x-rays the machine is broken which was frustrating but I left and then one of the ladies that work there followed me up the stairs and was very rude she said “I wanted to see if the signs were still there saying no x rays because we’ve had many people coming in and I don’t know how you all keep missing the signs” there was a sign taped in the staircase and one at the top of the stairs on the window which I didn’t notice but found her extremely rude especially after the rep on the phone told me to just come on in no need to book an apt and then walking an hour in the rain.

Terrible! Take the day off to get the xray my doctor ordered, pay the parking to be told the xray machine is being serviced and won't be running for several hours. No apology, just 'too bad'. What a joke, signage would go a LONG way in letting patients know. RIDICULOUS.

I have had the chance to live in many cities and visited labs for various purposes but I can say with 200% surety that I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this one. No other lab’s representatives treats you like this one. Their booking department is Aweful and highly incapable. After two weeks of communicating back and forth and repeatedly mentioning to give me appointment for a specific branch, they still didn’t bother my request and booked my appointment in another city. Upon inquiring, the dept. said that we had to book you somewhere so now, you can call and rebook. Like it’s a customer’s responsibility! And now due to their negligence, no other lab can book me because I am almost past the ultrasound timeframe.I haven’t seen such a customer service anywhere. This lab ensures to exhaust the customer to the point that they are left with no other option. I wish I could give them 0 star.

Very complicated booking system. They require your doctors office to send the req forms and then they call you for an appointment.They wanted to charge me $28 for a usb of photos of my baby. All I wanted was 1 printed picture and they couldn't offer that for a reasonable price.The secretary is crabby but my technician was dSo nice and very professionalI will not return for my next appointments

.2023 iupdated to 5 stars. In and out in 11 minutes!!!!Walk in appointments only seemed annoying without scheduling system but surprisingly I was in and out in 45 minutes and they were really nice with the knee x-ray. TV in waiting room would be nice too
