They truly care for the kids. All the staff are so nice, great communication, and I never have to worry about my kids leaving them here for the day. Highly recommended this daycare.

My kids have been going to the downtown location since June 2022. A friend of mine referred me to this daycare, stating its a really good daycare. And Indeed she was absolutely right. This daycare is the best daycare in Red Deer. Both my kids teachers Prabhjot and Harman are just amazing and wonderful. They are the best. Everyday my daughter comes back home and says Ms. Prabh did this she did this... , it just feel really good and relaxed when you know your kids are happy and safe. Thank you so much Prabhjot and Harman, you guys rock.

Wonderful staff, they put a lot of care and attention into their work. My kids are happy and safe there. Great communication everyday! So happy I found them!

After consulting with childcare Program Director at Alphabet, Jabr's pediatrician and support staff; we enrolled him in daycare as he struggles with social affect, peer socialization and fails to recognize that his behaviors are creating barriers to establishing and maintaining his friendships.We are glad to say that staff at Alphabet Daycare has been amazing and we see progress in peer socialization and his eating habits. We were denied by FSCD but working with Alphabet management and staff has been great experience as they dont just help my son, they send us resources, seminars and webinars to explore more help available for my son.

Being a new mother , I was scared to let my daughter attend daycare and had a bunch of worries going through my mind. The first daycare I visit in r.d I didn't feel comfortable with so I kept my options open. When I went to visit the alphabet daycare I enjoyed how there learning techniques and surroundings included a lot of nature. My Daughter started full time has been going there for a few months now. My daughter is comfortable with all the workers, is on a very good schedule and has been learning new things everyday. She is only 19months but ive seen a bunch of growth in her since she has started. Also I get alot of comfort leaving her at daycare because everyday they send emails and updates on what your child has done throughout the day including pictures.

An absolutely wonderful daycare! Our daughter loves going every day. There is always a wide variety of activities put together by all the wonderful educators. Couldn't imagine sending her anywhere else! We LOVE Alphabet Daycare.

The absolute best place to take your child, the teachers are amazing and so attentive and caring, the director is very involved and the favourite face among all the children. I would highly recommend this daycare or any of their sister schools throughout the city!
