I have used this taxi service many times to do the trip from waterloo to Pearson airport. It is super easy to reserve a ride by text. The cars are very clean and comfortable. The driver is always on time to pick up and very reliable. I highly recommend this service!

I am a travel agent here in KW, i have been using for myself and my clients, Waterloo airport taxi service for nearly 5 years. I did switch from another taxi service provider in Waterloo to these guys. The drivers are always on time if not early, which is what i expect from an airport transportation service such as this one. Not sure but the app lokal is waterloo taxi if I'm not mistaken. Anyway we got a ride and when it came time to pay we only had a $20 it was a flat $8 he said he had no change and just looked at us like well what are you the customer going to do? I searched my bag and found a $10 so we gave him that yet again he said he had no change for the $10! We were in a hurry cause we had to go out so I said well there's a store at the corner he said he will go there to get the change and we can walk back home from there!!!! What an a@#. So if I hadn't found that $10 he was going to keep all my change, I'm not rich so I hope I never see that driver again!

Excellent customer service, with easy booking and billing. The car that picked us up was clean and the driver was professional, courteous and safe in his driving. Driver arrived few minutes early and texted us his arrival. Great service all around! I would highly recommend waterloo taxi Services!
