Erb & Good Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services

When my father passed this year, I had my first experience with a funeral home. The folks at Erb & Good were there for me and my family through the entire time, from cremation to interment. At every step they supported me by helping with the necessary decisions, managing the paperwork and organizing the parties involved along the way. I can't speak highly enough about the kind and thoughtful service they provided. In the end, I purchased one of their funeral packages so that my family will have the same great service when my time comes.

Erb & Good was wonderful and sensitive when our family was in a difficult time. They were professional and respectful. We could not have asked for better people to take care of us. On top of that, when the cremation jewellery I ordered had a defect, Mark took care of contacting the dealer and having it replaced on my behalf.

I am writing this review on behalf of my whole family. All I can say is that the level of professionalism, compassion and courtesy that Rob, John and the whole team had at Erb & Good was astounding. Funerals are sad events and things can be difficult at varying degrees for families, but all I can say is that my family felt comfortable during this unprecedented time, we felt supportive, and the whole process from beginning to end was smooth because of Rob and his team.There isn’t enough kind words to say about Erb & Good. I would highly recommend them for your family during a tough time.

From the moment we contacted them to settling at the end, Greg and the team at Erb & Good couldn't have been more caring, accommodating, understanding and helpful. When we had family unexpectedly arriving late for the service, they delayed the start without question. The service was planned with very little settled in advance, and at no point did I feel as though we were being upsold on anything, or that what we were paying for the service was even of importance. I can't recommend their services enough. During such a difficult time, it helps to know everything is in good hands -- and with Erb & Good, they are.

I can not say enough good things about this Funeral home. They are full of compassion and understanding and helped us through the most difficult loss we have faced in some time. They respected our wishes went out of their way to help, listened to all our stories and made us feel surrounded by comfort and respect.

The regions best funeral home! I have attended and participated in 2 funerals here in the past month and I have to say the wonderful staff and warm atmosphere are second to none. We never felt rushed, everyone was well taken care of and because of that I experienced one of the best reception celebrations I have ever been to.Well done Erb & Good and thank you for your attention to detail and sensitivity throughout the day. It is never easy to have to go to a visitation or funeral of a friend, colleague, family member or loved one. At Erb & Good Funeral Home, the staff is so incredibly welcoming, understanding the uniqueness of every situation surrounding the loss of each life and sensitive to the diversity of how people handle grief. Over the years living in the K-W community, I have attended many services at various funeral homes. Somehow, I always feel good about having taken the time to pay my respects during a service or visitation held at Erb & Good. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Erb and Good. In our darkest hours, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything clearly. From the first point of contact when we called for general information right through to the funeral today, they made sure the process was never to overwhelming. They have been extremly kind, and warm. Never pushing their own agenda or pressuring us to make decisions we weren't ready for. In the most difficult of situations they made everything feel easy. Thank you to Rob, Dean, Phil, and everyone at Erb and Good. We couldn't have gotten through these past few days without all of your support.

Finally had some time to reflect on Mom's passing in August '22. Her arrangements were all pre-arranged. Just wanted to pass along how personal and professionally the staff at Erb & Good guided me through all steps and processes of our loss.
