The technician Dominic came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quietly and independently and was polite. Though all the other reviews are mediocre about the company. But my technician Dominic was AWESOME..!

When I first called, I was so pleased with how knowledgeable and patient they were, answering all my questions, and they promised me fast service for spider extermination. They postponed 3 times, and each time they didn't even bother to call! I had to call and see why they didn't come as planned. In the end, they told me they were too busy and to find someone else, then hung up on me????

The girl answering the phone is super rude. Shes miserable and bitter. My dear if you reading this please do yourself and everybody else a favor FIND ANOTHER JOB so you dont have to be miserable and project that vibe on the companys client.
