While I appreciate there is on site parking, I hate parking lots that make you pay by guessing how long you will be in the building and go by your plate so you cannot give your extra time away. Cash grab! Also, the door at the parking lot side is not accessible so someone with a walker or wheelchair must go up the driveway ( no sidewalk) where cars are coming in to get to the front. Pre covid the lane way was consistently blocked by drivers who were waiting" for someone so they would not have to pay for parking

Great path near the water. Good place to observe ducks in the summer, and watch the ice flows in the late winter.

We had to drop off a housing application, but in turn, they told us they couldn't accept it because it was missing information. What I dont understand is that, they can never tell you what's missing the first time or even the 2nd time, there is always a run around with them. And to top it all off the waiting list is outrageous.

Very clean and well equipped, very well managed in all areas.Large parking with accessibility in both parking lot, front entrance and back entrance and elevators.Elevators were fully renovated a few years back and their speed was taking into consideration mobility devices.All building systems are very well maintained. In fact in my last visit, fire prevention team was doing maintenance on the system making sure everything is running ok.

There for a doctor appointment. It is awkward to get to the building by car because of the entrance/exit. Also, parking is not free despite there being no street parking anywhere near this building. Even if you do park at the building's lot, the lot is poorly maintained and in some disrepair.

Pay parking. And the appts often run longer than expected! If you see the dentist or some others they will take your plate so you don't pay...totally worth it! Clean, wheelchair friendly.

Awesome, we went public skating Sunday afternoon. $6 for the two of us was great, lots of room for getting skates on. Nice atmosphere and not too cold!

Not very accessible for people with disabilities. Considering I was visiting the housing office in was surprised to see only stairs going down to access the back of the building. Plus! It's where the HOUSING OFFICE IS! And you have to pay for parking???? Ridiculous and makes zero sense. Terrible building for people on low income with disabilities.
