Lin is an excellent realtor. She spent time initially researching and recommending the selling price. The price turned out to be exactly on the mark as evidenced by numerous calls starting the morning of the ad on MLS, and it was sold the next night! Amazing in this tenuous real estate market. During the process Lin kept us informed of the progress, dealt with interested buyers, and closed the deal easily! Lin was really lovely to deal with for our first home purchase. She was extremely responsive, flexible, helpful, and pleasant to work with.
