Ive been a patient of Dr. Los my entire life never had any issues, my daughter loves jim and i had my boyfriend become one of his patients after countless bad experiences qurh his dentist. Dr.Lo is understand, friendly and goes above an beyond for his patients and getting the best care for them and answering and addressing concerns and questions you may have. I refuse to see any other dentist for this reason.
