The woman here is kind and helpful.Nice place to do laundry during traveling.

Half the machines are broken, both dryers and washers. There are bags of I don't know what all over the floor. The woman who works there is surly, unkind. It was however one of the least expensive laundromat I've used in BC and Alberta during my travels.

Awesome service! The lady working there was so nice and friendly. Took only an hour to wash and dry. It’s a small and a bit older shop but totally fine and with the good service something I would always come back!

I dropped off>1 duvet>1 fitted sheet>1 sheet>1 hoodie>1 pair of socks>1 underwear>1 small throw blanket>1 dog car tarp>2 small towels… for a wash and foldAnd they charged me $40New bedding (bed in a bag) comes for $40I spent $40 to clean my old ripped things.And they never bothered to call me when it was finished. I dropped my things off at 12 noon and I had to follow-up and ask if everything was okay at 9pm because the lady, very bluntly said, “I’ll call you when it’s ready.”I told them to take their time and I meant it. But I never asked to never be informed when it’s ready.Never mind my dog tarp was sitting on the counter soaking wet for who knows how long. I asked to receive it wet if they did not think it would work in the dryer. But shouldn’t that at least garner the decency to call saying “Hey, at your request, we didn’t dry this item come pick it up asap before it starts to smell or get moldy.”And the worst part is all my belonging were folded, not in a bag, out in the open, on a machine - resting in a public laundromat.There were people working around my pile. And guess what was on the top of it? A neatly folded pair of my underwear and socks.They didn’t even have the decency to throw my $40 worth (in their opinion) of washed goods in a garbage bag. Like every establishment in Canada.I’ve been Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and I live in Alberta. And I have never ever been so robbed in broad daylight in my life.I literally had to collect my things off a dusty machine like I forgot them there or something - not at all like I entered somewhere, paid for good and serves and am leaving as a customer.

Staff is friendly courteous and very Knowledgable about local happenings.Cab operators are well traveled.

Very intuitive machines, coin operated, the lady there was very friendly and helpful. As someone just passing through town it was great to feel welcome and have a simple experience.

The lady who works here is a gem! She has so many stories to tell, so friendly and helpful. Clothes all washed and clean.

I only had to wash the clothes I was wearing, but she didn't let me use the chanting room and told me to go to 711, a few hundred meters away. Never seen someone so rude. Another laundromat near IGA is way friendly and offer free WIFI and coffee.
