Sandra Filippelli is great! She is kind, supportive and has a great work ethic! She has wonderful rapport with children and is able to connect with them in a caring, non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

The team at Strong Ties Counselling have been amazing. They're kind, compassionate, and really take the time and care to help through difficult situations. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for everything!

Had an initial consultation and was supposed to be set up with a counselor and weekly sessions. NOBODY ever contacted me and we were NEVER wet up with services. Absolutely disgraceful when this was to help and support a child. Would never recommend Strong Ties to anyone.

I wasn't able to edit or respond on my original review, so I'm updating here after the owner responded. The explanation that families are added to a waiting list isn't what was said to me. I was given a specific counselors name and a time on Friday afternoons and was to be contacted by reception to confirm or change if someone had been added to that opening already. It was an actual recurring session time each week that was offered BY THE OWNER, then I never heard another word until I gave a 1 star review and there was magically a waitlist as an explanation.

Gisella is a skilled and knowledgeable child and family therapist. She is warm & cares about her clients. I strongly recommend her to any family needing counselling support.
