Homepro Pest Control
I would not recommend this company. They said they will provide service to terminate cockroaches. They send a guy and he comes and give you the sticky pad and there is it. Job is not done and they bill you, there are still cockroaches everywhere. They send us a bill for $791 for doing nothing, and they threatened you and send you to collection. When you call them to resolve the dispute and no one answer the phone. What type of company not providing service and put mental stress to the customer.

Great experience with Homepro Pest Control. We had a bit of a rodent issue. Ryan was a wonderful exterminator. He was there right away, assessed the issue, and gave us options on how to proceed. It's been several weeks and we have been all clear. Great work everyone!

Homepro came to take care of an ant problem in our back porch. Ryan was our technician and he explained everything clearly and patiently. So far we haven't seen any more ants. Great service. I would highly recommend this company.

You can’t go wrong with Homepro since they are knowledgeable professionals who truly care for their customers. I was corresponding with Simon and he made sure I was well taken care of. I have signed up a yearly protection plan, and Patrick who is the expert who look after my plan and provides treatments in a timely fashion.After a year of services, no more mice activities were found inside the house. At the same time, he conducted exterior treatment for crawling insects and replenished exterior rodent bait station.I found Homepro professionals are providing good services to customers.It is a job well done.

I am very happy with the service received from HomePro. As a property manager, I have used and will continue to use this company for the buildings I manage. When setting up an appointment, it is quite easy and joyful when speaking to reception on the telephone. One of the main employees that come to work in my buildings is Ryan. He is awesome! He explains in detail what is being done. He is always happy and punctual. Myself and the tenants enjoy his demeanour.If you use this company, make sure you ask for Ryan.Excellent customer service.

Omg, the new technician named Ryan is the best overall. He has come to our house 3 times and he did very thoroughly spray every time, and very nice to listen to our needs, never rush to go. For an appointment that forecasted rain afternoon, he even called us and was willing to come to do the exterior spray at 7am as he wanted to give the better result. He told us it is better to keep at least 2 to 3 hours to dry after spraying. Thank you so much, Ryan!
