Dr. Michael Weatherhead

The pharmacy is right beside the office and is very accessible, I visited the doctor recently and the wait wasn't long at all he takes his time in every patient he sees. Especially the great assistant's at the front desk, they are very careful with the covid precautions. The doctor takes the time to answer all my questions and knows what is the best for my health and I appreciate the time that I was given very nice people. Clean and respectable place I would visit again.

Great dr. But the Secretary is beyond rude. Ive been waiting over a month for her to fax my paper work. They got paid for my visit but i still haven't actually gotten my forms.

Visited the new location which is on the south east corner of danforth and main a few doors left of Timmie's. COVID temporary entrance from the pharmacy. I believe 2575 danforth if my memory is correct. One patients was so rude he had no class to the staff even tho they were only doing mandated Covid measures. I waited no more or no less than at any other clinic expect an hr, if u get in less- hooray for ur luck. I feel honoured that I got to experience to meet Dr. Weatherhead, and his dedicated hard working Secratary. I will cherish my visits to the clinic cos they are serendipidis. I miss the former pretty yellow house with the tasteful crystal chandalir, the item case in the new office looks very interesting. I was trying to be mindful of others and didn't get to soak it all in but each one has a story. Like the Good Doc who is The Best!!!!!!!!! Thank you and I apologize on behalf of the bad folks who don't know how to act respectfully with respectful people.

The secretary is on an extreme power trip. She treats people like they are garbage and doesn't even acknowledge the patients. I walked out before seeing the doctor because I have some dignity.

Doctor is great but his receptionists bring him down quite a bit. The other one may have been rude at times but she knew how to do her WHOLE job, this new one has no idea what she's doing & she's left the office unattended before full of clients, me being one of them

Wow excellent service! I have gone to other walk-in's and boy does Doctor Weatherhead know how to put on a show! As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a lovely receptionist and a smile from the other occupants. The wait time was expected as busy days seem to be during the week.The doctor was very clear, excellent listener, and I can't wait to get sick again just for the hospitality of Doctor Weatherhead. He referred me to a specialist and I'm glad I found this particular walk-in.Thanks Doctor Weatherhead, you're the best!

This is a medical office that under real regulatory oversight should and already would have been closed. Dr. Weatherhead is no longer able to provide sufficient medical advisement, he was unable to diagnose my family member and made them wait in pain for two weeks before providing a referral to a specialist. He is no longer able (or wanting to) fulfill his duties to the fullest for his patients. He forgets while you're sitting with him and telling him, why you came in.The receptionist is rude and unable to communicate in english both ways. She can read off information directly in front of her, but cannot respond to anything beyond Yes or OK without losing her temper. They use archaic methods of filing and tracking patients (all paper based / faxes)By putting both these individuals together and calling it a medical office, its effectively a patient nightmare. There's a reason this there's hardly ever a wait while other Drs in Toronto are full up. Make the extra effort to find another Dr. this one just does not cut it.

Dr. Weather head is lovely but the secretary is HORRIBLE! She doesn’t know how to speak to people and is EXTREMELY RUDE!

Straight forward& non-judgemental. Dismissed a cancer concern due to age but offered a referral anyway. Seek second opinion if concerned. Limited seating (4 chairs) long wait times (20 minutes per person ahead of you)

Dr. Weatherhead treats all of his patients with dignity. I love him and have been a pt. For 20 years.
