Everyone there was extremely helpful. Greg kept his initial promises about price of the truck, safety needs to certify and safety the truck, all along the buying process until the deal was done. Accounting department very friendly as well as my insurance company wanted extra paperwork from them . I would buy again from Riverside Prescott.Thank you all!

The vehicle we purchased looked brand new even though it has a few years on it - and it was serviced and gleaming when we came to pick it up.It was a non pressure, high quality process - and - they were able to meet our request to pick up our vehicle early due to the ever-changing weather.While we won't be in the market for another vehicle for a while, we wouldn't hesitate recommending Earl, Mike, Amy, and the service team at Riverside Buick in Prescott! My wife and I were driving home to Nova Scotia and we lost the alternator belt.Several places were called but no one could or would help us get back on the road.Riverview, although extremely busy that day, graciously opened up a spot for us and, 4 hours later, we were mobile again.Thank you so much Riverview!!!

I called and talked to Greg, he was EXTREMELY honest to me about how the car I wanted to buy was likely not going to be as helpful as I had originally thought due to the negative equity in my car currently. He was clear, and confident and even ran some numbers for me to make sure he was accurate - I would not hesitate at all to buy a car from him but now is not the right time. 5 stars.

Riverside is a fresh breath of air for the dealership experience.Don the salesman goes above and beyond to help you get the bet possible price. Gail at finance is a pro and make it efficient process and doesn't try to push or force you to buy more option then you need.. My overall experience was awesome. i have bought 37 car in my life 2 from Riverside and it has been the best experience and i am a picky customer.I fully recommend this dealership!!

Hit a 2x4 on Saturday at 1150. They close at 12. Both passenger side tires went flat in my Tesla. Canadian tire was booked solid and Tesla couldn’t help until Monday. Buick came through and saved my east coast trip with my grandmother. Above and beyond service. They deserve nothing but success in their future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

My truck broke down on the 401 after lunch on the Friday of a long weekend and I was able to limp it to Riverside without an appointment. I'm grateful that they were able to shuffle things around and have a technician looking at it within an hour. The very knowledgeable mechanic, Mike, took his time explaining things to me without ever seeming condescending or rushed. They were able to get me fixed, and my dog and I were able to get home after a very long week. I appreciate how friendly and efficient everyone was.Thank you Riverside!
