My injector Elizabeth was 5/5. She had a wonderful demeanor and was very thorough yet efficient.My issue was that I booked for a particular promotion (20 units for $87) but at no point when I was discussing my options and booking my appointment online did the customer service rep mention that rate is only applicable for the first 20 units. Unfortunately when I arrived for me appointment and it was determined I would require 30 units, the cost was much more than I had anticipated. While I chose to move forward (I'd already driven there and given up my morning) I wish they had stressed the importance of an online consultation prior to booking so I would have had an idea of the units required and cost prior to showing up for my appointment.

I’d recommend this location if you’re considering Botox. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They are on time for appointments, will book your two week follow up immediately after your first appointment and these touch ups are included with your initial fee. They answered all of my questions as this was my first time but they put me at ease. I’m very satisfied with my results and won’t hesitate to go back there again. Thank you.

The ladies are provideing an exceptionally professional services. Employees are highly educated, knowledgeable and providing a fantastic experience for very anxious customer. They did a wonderful job! Lovely space, super professional and the results are outstanding already. My lovely injection specialist was well-spoken, kind and professional and the results of my Botox treatment are stunning. I went for my first TMJ Botox treatment at Skin Vitality. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. I met with Sydney and Elizabeth and they shared their own personal experiences and went over the entire process in detail. Once Elizabeth (Nurse) was ready to do the treatment, she explained each step of the way and made sure I understood and felt calm and confident with my decision. I really enjoyed my experience here and hope to be back!
