I love me some Starbucks! I would love to see more staff and better stocked stores (constantly running out of food and drinks even before COVID). There are some very busy locations and the amazing staff don't always seem as supported as they should be.

This is located in Regent shopping mall and just next to bookstore. You can have basic Starbucks drinks. Very quiet so you can enjoy good time with relaxing!!

Rating an experience my partner and I had today at the drive-thru! Lovely young man had added a lemon loaf to our order but they had actually sold out so he was kind enough to swap out the treat for us and toss in a small extra treat. Made our day! Sometimes those little gestures really help with reputation and it certainly makes us want to go back to this location. :)

What else can I say, it's Starbucks. You go in, you spend an absurd amount of money on a fancy coffee that'll make you feel like a teen on a Friday night. The place smells like heaven and you leave feeling full, because of the delicious coffee but empty knowing you'll probably miss that electricity payment that's due.

Raven gets the credit for 1 star here. Would’ve given 0 if there was an option.I ordered two drinks and received one so i thought i should wait and will get second one in little bit of time. Three people who ordered after me got their drinks and i was still standing there waiting for mine. I asked Raven that how long will it be for my drink as i have been waiting for a few minutes now. And she rolled her eyes for whatever reason and just picked up an empty cup saying “this is yours” and she was gonna make it. This wasn’t the end of it. She made my drink then and for some reason filled it completely with ice and giving me just a little bit to drink. And when she made it, there was no “sorry about the wait” or “thanks for waiting” or “have a good day”. Instead what i got was “here you go” in a very ‘Karen’ tone.After finishing my drink i was so disappointed with this service, which is rare considering it is Starbucks, so i asked her for her name and her tone changed so drastically and all of a sudden she sounded niceI’m confusedAnd now, when i see that she is working i just buy my coffee from timothy coffee and when she is not working i come here because rest of the staff is very nice and they don’t mess up my drink

I get the best treatment when I go there. I am a diabetic and order artifically sweetened drinks. They get it right everytime and go to great lengths to know my individual tastes and needs. They make really nice lattes.
