While we were out of town Saturday evening, our car’s alternator gave out at a time when all car repair shops were already closed for the week-end. After making several phone calls to other companies, we were fortunate to find John. He not only was prompt in responding, but was also able to help us on the spot, so we would not be stranded. His willingness to help was truly appreciated. He was prompt, professional, and his price was reasonable. We highly recommend JB Towing and Hauling LLC.

My car had left me stranded & I was very short on cash til I got paid. So i searched online and thankfully I found this company on google. Normally some tow companies take over an hour or more and then charge insane prices. Within half hour he showed up, he was very professional & polite. Plus I probably paid half the cost a tow would be if I ended up going threw someone like buteras. Very pleased, will use this tow company again & I highly recommend!!

Called on a Saturday night around midnight because my husband misjudged his diesel level on his truck on our trip from Michigan back to Maine. We pulled off the NY thruway to get some and drove over 30 miles only to find all gas or closed. Thank you for getting us diesel in 45 minutes of our call for help!

Labor day weekend weekend coming home from Niagara falls and I blew a tire. Their driver brought a jack out and had me back on the road and headed home. He was polite friendly and made the whole experience as painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.
