Very delicious braised chicken rice! The hot pot noodle was okay, wish the broth was more flavourful. The noodle comes with a full plate of meat and other veggies, as shown in the second image.

Glad they opened up a location in the west after moving to the Kitchener area! Went to this location for the first time to dine-in for lunch and ordered some deep fried squid tentacles to start which were delicious and very crispy. My go-to here is their braised beef brisket and it was tasty and flavourful, just like their other locations in the east (Markham & Scarborough) which is a great sign of consistency that you'd come to expect especially with a restaurant that serves in different locations. Service was quick and food came out hot and fresh. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Very happy with my first experience. It was delicious and I will definitely return. The price is also pretty good from a student point of view. Only downside is that they don't take credit cards... But it was great and would definitely recommend to anyone.Edit: after going there a second time, I decided to add a star. The food is just too good!

The service has made this place a must-avoid for me. I bought braised chicken noodles with extra pepper oil for one dollar extra. The container I received had about 5 ml of pepper oil in it and I thought this was a mistake so I asked the waiter if I could get another container. The waiter proceeded to wave three containers of the oil in my face and berate me about the price and amount of oil each serving gets. He insisted in very broken english that the price was 30 cents instead of the dollar I paid and that what I got is what I got. The whole situation was very unfortunate as I do believe the food here was good, but I no longer feel comfortable dining at this establishment.

The first time I came here, I had the braised beef with noodles, and it was pretty good, not really anything bad to say. The second time I came, I had the chicken with noodles, and it was mediocre; some of the noodles were undercooked with a gummy texture and I found the sauce to have an overpowering ginger taste. And lastly, I had the spicy and sour soup the third time I came, and it was not bad.TLDR; It's not bad, but I'd only come back for the braised beef noodles

Chicken wings were okay but pork rib was burnt and too salty. I’d also suggest to put the sauce container separately when packing to avoid the outcome shown in the pic…

Decent food and pricing. Kind of cramped seating. As a white person with a pretty average-low spice tolerance the mild authentic option was a bit too much.

Worst restaurant ever in whole canada, they are mannerless and don’t have any sense to talk to a person . I am a Uber driver and they treat all drivers very badly and never respond to the order
