I can't recommend Energy Clean Heating and Air Systems enough. Everything about our experience with them from their sales team to their installation and services was exceptional and so helpful. We used them to install a new furnace, hot water heater and AC in our house which is a daunting task to try to figure out which one is the best, but as I was talking with Joe, the sales rep I felt like he was actually trying to help us find the right system for our house instead of just trying to sell me something.And then when it was time to install everything Paolo did an exception job. Even when he ran into unexpected issues because our house was older, it was clear he was intent on doing the job right and not just trying to get it done. I will definitely be recommending these guys to all friends and if you need maintenance done on your furnace ask for Paolo. As I said, I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.

Communication was poor in setting up an appointment and took multiple phone calls. Tech did not show up for the first appointment and didn’t even call. He was 90 minutes late for the second appointment. He also didn’t have the necessary equipment to test the performance of the AC with him. He also didn’t have a functioning cell phone so needed mine to determine ambient temperature. He added extra refrigerant to the system. Not a good experience but hopefully the AC will keep my house cool during the warm weather.They originally installed the system 6 months ago and it was nicely done so I don’t think this experience is typical. I think the tech I had was the issue, not the company but he represents them.Update: Follow up communication from the company has been good and they are taking steps to help their tech understand how to improve service.

Used them for a humidifier installation. The gentleman over the phone took his time and explained to me why the brand they choose over the ones you can buy out there. Really patient and thorough. The technician Paolo was on time, friendly and professional. Nice clean job and took the time again to explain to me maintenance of the humidifier. Would definitely recommend them to anyone out there who has similar needs.

From my call for service to resolution was less than 24 hours. Tech arrived as pet schedule. AC fully operational again.
