4 stars because initial communication wasn't great between Lowes and Granite Design, which delayed the Installation. The actual installation was great though. The team was professional, worked fast, and did a great job. Love the counter tops.

I worked with Granite Design USA through Lowes-I was nervous about this process after hearing mixed reviews about going through Lowe's. I picked out my countertop online, after spending many months walking by the sample slab in a local Lowe's store. From the moment I put the deposit down I couldn't be more pleased with the process.Granite Design was always prompt for appointments, and showed up when they said they would!! From measurement to installation I felt very clued in on what the next steps were, and felt confident this team would deliver excellent results. Both the installation team and template team were amazing to work with, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The seam in my counter is practically invisible, and everything is a beautiful fit. Thank you granite design!!! You've made my kitchen dreams come true!

Richie and Francis arrived on time and installed our new countertop in less than 2 hours. The installation was done correctly and they left the kitchen spotless. Great company to work with.

Excellent professional level work from first contact to completion. All calls/questions answered. Came on time. Our granite countertops fit perfectly & look fantastic. After install, they gave info on how to care for them, & how to contact them if any issues. Highly recommend Granite Design, would definitely hire them again.
