This place feels like I'm in India. The service is garbage. They ignore their customers, spend a year singing and another year on the phone, while I'm just standing here waiting for my coffee for more than 5 minutes. It's garbage service.After finishing my meal, the coffee arrived. The service was really terrible.

I miss stand alone A&W's in the US. I wish they were still Drive-in style restaurants too, but this will do. Food is decent for a fast food joint and I like that you can buy 4 packs of glass bottle root beer. That's very nostalgic for me and reminds me of the 80s. The burgers are alright but the fries are top 3 for fast food fries for me.

Ordered the All-Canadian. One spec of butter on bread that wasn't toasted. (See photo). And I asked for over-easy and got over-hard. :( I was looking forward to dipping my crunchy buttered toast, into the yolk of my over-easy eggs. But I was very disappointed. If the other restaurant wasn't closed I would of went there. I tried this one and not sure I would go back. I had to toast my own bread and put my own butter on them.

I asked for my eggs basted. They came out hard yokes. I asked the girl serving me why they were hard. She informed me that they don't get many orders for basted yokes. I went in again another day, it was a Friday the start of a long weekend. Asked for the same breakfast only asked for eggs over easy. They inform me that they didn't have brown bread. Are you kidding me out of stock for a long weekend. Something is wrong with the Management here.

my mozzarella burger had NO mozzarella… and NO bacon…that’s crazy. The worker also said we couldn’t pay with 2 cards. SO inconvenient. The drive thru took way too long, as they usually do, for very mediocre food and bad service. I will not be coming back to this location again. Please don’t lie to customers about what’s in your burgers. It’s not nice…

didnt know the mozza burger came without bacon or MOZZA…lolwent to this location and i wanted to pay w two different cards so i asked if i could pay a certain amount on one card and the girl goes “uhmmm no..pay in full”. okay like i get it maybe its too much but okmy main problem was how slow the food comes out just to be incomplete. why is there no mozzarella on a burger that literally has mozza in the name? came home so sad i just wanted cheesesuper random note: i added my own cheese lolanother note: im just angry bc ion wna have to pay a lot for a meal that is incomplete okay pls undastand

Incomplete order and onion rings taste/feel like they need to replace the oil in their deep fryer. Sandwiches are decent though.

Just bought 2 meal through the drive-through. The cashier handed me the drink with lid not closed properly and I as soon as I put in the cup holder in my car it opened up. Now I have to clean the front the seats of my car since they got stained by a sugary drink.No apologies whatsoever. Reckless people... seriously...
