Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place
I am shocked at how amazing this breakfast place is, only because of the area that it's in! From the outside you wouldn't think much but inside is beautiful, modern,warm and inviting. The original eggs benedict was delicious with perfect runny eggs, the coffee was piping hot and the service was super friendly. Absolutely will be back to try new items!

Came with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The serving team is OK - it was a busy father's day weekend and we were lucky to be seated promptly.The food:-potatoes were oily.-omellette was fluffy-sour dough toast was nice and lightly toasted-french toast was lightly battered with egg and lacked a bit of flavor. Paired with fresh fruit ( banana, blueberry)-syrup was sweet & pearl milling company consistency-sliced ham, and bacon was tasty, cooked soft. Not for the crunchy lovers.-breakfast poutine was good, hollandaise was full of buttery flavor and was not totally drenched in the poutine.-the Filipino specialty dishes had some tasty rice & meat. If you're adventurous to try something new - you won't be disappointed-waffle was a bit starchy, gotta soak it with syrup to enjoy-drip coffee is a bit watery; they ran another batch and it tasted better than the initial cup with additional top ups.-americano comes from Mr. cappacino beans - I'd skip on this and stick with the coffee next time.The serving:-large parties come with 18% auto gratuity-staff was ok based on the drink order, food order, and food delivery to the table. They did also come by to refill our coffees and waters upon request.- I got some coffee spilled on me but it was ok, no burns. There was no apology because the server was a bit overwhelmed with the incident. This was a little unprofessional and still had to pay the 18% auto gratuity, life.The vibe:-Complex parking is limited outdoors-Street parking is available but requires a dicey J walk (cars coming at 60kph both directions.)-Once you're inside, there's a small place to stand & wait but you may get in the way of the serving staff-tables are mixed with fixed booth chairs and tables-plates and mugs are typical diner vibes-well litted dining area-family oriented restaurant//lots of families- clean- well ventilated / no smoke or odors from the kitchen

Absolutely will NOT recommend this place. The 'hash browns' were ABSOLUTELY terrible. Deepfried and hard as a rock. Toast was more like hot bread, bacon was hard and dry. The only good thing was the eggs.

Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place
Great place for bfast/brunch and they have variety of options too! This place is busy so you have to wait a little bit longer for your food BUT it’s worth the wait. ☺️ We had the tapsilog, bangsilog, and siomai - they were all delicious, portion was perfect for us! Will definitely come back here.

My experience at Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place was a mixed one. The atmosphere of the restaurant was modern, and the staff were friendly but not that attentive. Upon first impressions, I was excited to try their unique Filipino breakfast dishes as they promised bold and interesting flavors.The food itself was quite flavorful(Beef Tapa, Siomai, Spicy Steak Benedict), the dishes had strong notes of various spices and seasoning which really gave it a unique taste. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion size. Despite the strong flavors, I felt that the servings were on the smaller side, and that the cost of the dishes did not quite match the size of the meals.One thing to note is that the food was quite heavy, and after eating, I felt quite full and heavy. If you're in the mood for a hearty and flavorful breakfast, this place might be a good choice but you should be mindful that it could be a bit heavy afterwards.All in all, while Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place offers some unique and delicious Filipino breakfast dishes, the small portion sizes and heavy feeling after eating means it may not be the most cost-effective or comfortable choice for everyone. It's a great spot for those who are looking for a unique and flavorful experience, but if you're looking for something light, you may want to consider other options.

Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place
Great little restaurant. Looks like a hole in the wall on the outside, but inside it's clean, bright, open, and tastefully decorated. Service was excellent. Food was deli ious. Menu has unique items, like Filipino breakfast dishes, and the eggs Benedict variations are served on in-house made waffles instead of boring English muffins. The music was just the right volume and a delightful mix of 70s/80s music.

Quite deciding from the outside but ince youte inside its quite clean and modern.The portions were great and filling. Nothing amazing though just above average.If you're in the neighborhood it's worth checking out.

Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place
The beef tapa dish is amazing! Just wish they had more portion for a $17 dish. No sides or drink with that either and the salad is like 3 bites.Edit: I forgot to take some pictures to prove my point last time so I bought another plate and yea the mango salad comes in a ketchup container half full, again still only 2-3 bites and the portion is in par with a side dish rather then a main. None the less it’s addictive lol cheers

Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place
Our forever Filipino comfort food place. Everything we've tried so far is ah-mazing!!! My personal fave is the beef tapa, it's just so flavorful and simply delicious! The salsa that goes with it provides a bite of freshness to keep you going through all the oil and fat from the tapa. Not to mention, their vinegar dipping sauce is to die for! My partner never fails to order the waffle foldover for dessert which is so much fun to eat together! Date day at RNS is always something to look forward to. We keep coming back for more!
