We noticed a while ago this seemingly nice cozy place, but we always drive through and there's no convenient parking space close enough. Today I was walking by and decided to come check it out.Asked for a cup of caramel macchiato and a slice of red velvet. They also gave me a convenient bag perfectly fitting both the coffee and the box with my cake. Brought it home. Both coffee and the cake are of top quality. I will be frequenting this place. You should totally check it out too :)

Amazing service. Nice ambiance. Fabulous coffee, the cappuccino was a real cappuccino and she even offered for me enjoy the foam before she put the lid on! The food is fresh and delicious with plenty of options including gluten free!

Excellent coffee and tasty food options. I buy my beans from here now since I purchased an espresso machine and grinder, but still really like coming here. Hot tip, don't buy beans from the supermarket, the beans at serious are essentially the same price for REALLY fresh beans (like roasted the week before) vs the options in the supermarket that have been roasted months and months ago.. it makes a difference!

A SERIOUSLY wonderful coffee shop.I ordered a chicken BBQ calzone and a Cinnamon bomb which were super fresh, hot and delicious. It was my first time eating calzone so not the one to judge but the it is stuffed with chunks of chicken meat, covered in nicely-seasoned bbq sauce/paste. Mild tomato taste. The dough was soft but quite thick imo.APPLE CINNAMON BOMB is a MUST-TRY. I didn’t have high expectations for this one but it came out looking fabulous. A cinnamon muffin (i guess) topped with nuts then a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A drizzle of caramel sauce to finish the dessert. A spoon of these together was heavenly good-flavorful balanced in sweetness. My favorite part was the crunchy texture of nuts combined with the softness of ice cream. Absolute perfection. Please come and treat yourself with this unique creation by the store ❤️❤️As the food wasn’t enough. I got to have a great conversation with the most welcoming owner ever-Dustin. He shared the story/journey from being a salesman in the car industry to buying the NewWest location to opening Serious and glad to be liked by the community. He said the most of the foods and snacks are made on the Island and shipped to mainland but are always kept and served fresh.Mid-convo, he noticed I didn’t have a drink so he asked if I wanted one and said it was on the house. I was so thankful for my latte- loved it.100/10

I'm learning ordering online is a mistake but in person the food is delightful, just doesn't travel well. I get the soy latte with gingerbread syrup, so good. Baked goods are delicious but some are smaller than others so when ordering online know that any vegan treats are tiny and prepackaged. Going to visit in person for the foreseeable future for sure.

Incredible!We saw this under construction for quite some time when we were shopping in the area.We are happy to to report they are open and have some amazing products.Firstly their Chai Tea Latte is GOD TIER. I haven't had something this great tasting since Rosso in Calgary.They have a great selection of snacks to pair with their hot drinks.Their staff was super friendly and great with recommendations.I recommend this as a must stop if you're in the area or heading to the train station.Don't miss out!

A nice small Cafe at the waterfront. Four tables on the inside and some more seating outside the Cafe. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were lovely (they sure know their regulars!).Ordered: black coffee, ice vanilla latte, breakfast sandwich, croissant sandwich, chocolate avalanche (chocolate criossant) and a very berry scone. Everything tasted good but wished they had more bacon in the breakfast sandwich. They have a wide range of pastries, sandwich/wraps and drinks!A big score for students as they give 15% off!P.S. they allow you to bring your dog in while ordering :))
