I have been going here for over a decade and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. Extremely skilled staff and all have great energy.I highly recommend the Premier Brow Bar in Coquitlam Centre to all.

Love this place! Monica is amazing at threading and waxing! I’ve gone many times, but one time I decided to go to Diva Brow Bar instead and they horribly screwed up the width and shape of my eyebrows. So I went to Monica at Premier and she promptly fixed my eyebrows and made them perfect again. Truly an honour and very talented. Thank you, Monica! Only place I go now! Very friendly and professional.

It was my first experience here and the staff was so polite and quick. The lady named Muskan gave a clean look to my brows and lips without giving me any terrible pain. Complete professionalism.

I don’t think I will ever come back here. Every time is a different lady and everything is a different shape even tho I ask what I want. $35 definitely not worth it. Doesn’t seem like I got my eyebrows done. Thank you.

I came in for a brow wax yesterday and although I enjoy the shape of my brows, the rest of my experience wasn’t up to standard. I wasn’t going to write a review regarding the tech but it’s now been 24+ hours since I’ve gotten my brows done and they are still red and sore. The red marks are further down between my brow bone and my eyelid so she clearly put wax where there was no hair. The brown tech seemed annoyed or upset, she was very cold. The whole experience felt rushed even though there were only two people waiting in the que behind me. When it came time to pay she pretty much hucked the debit terminal my way. I will definitely not be returning.

My eyebrows have never been so groomed in my life. Whenever I'm walking in public I often get many compliments on my brows. One phrase I often hear is hey gregory nice eyebrows"

Not my usual place, decided to try it in a pinch for brow and lip threading.Woman was extremely rude to begin with but I gave her the benefit of the doubt - some people come off like this but don’t mean it.I’ve been getting my brows threaded for over 10 years, ask for the same thing, and have never had someone take off half my brows. My brows are super thin and short now too. When I said this she had a strange half smile - maybe from nerves but just comes off extremely rude - and kept saying she had to because my brows were uneven ….All in all, she was unapologetic (she did manage to mutter the word sorry a couple times - completely forced and not genuine) and reluctantly didn’t charge me for the full service.Do not go here - another customer had come back while I was waiting, also unsatisfied.Customer service is rude, and doesn’t seem like they are very skilled at threading.Try brow mastrz in pomo - great customer service and better results.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went there last Tuesday for Brazilian waxing, and the lady who did it was horrible and rude! Made me feel very uncomfortable about myself and didn’t make me feel welcome what so ever. However, I’ve noticed she burnt my skin and now my skin hurts and is very irritated. I wouldn’t suggest coming here at all. This place should be shut down.
