Quick but WAY to expensive for a simple battery replacement. Going elsewhere next time around

Great place to get your watch repaired. The gentleman took his time to make sure I got what I needed.

Took him awhile to come to the counter, told me my watch was working when it obviously needed a new battery. Replaced it quickly but charged me double what it cost two years ago.

The main guy who works here is pretty useless. I've been here multiple times for battery replacement or resizing needs. Once after having a battery replaced, the hands on the watch weren't lining up when reset into the 12 o clock position. He told me it was like that when I gave it to him and now had to send it out for repair at my cost. Turned out there's a simple way to reset the zero position on my watch but he didn't know how and tried to charge me for a repair. Good thing I looked it up online myself before agreeing to send it away. Another time he told me my watch was too stiff to remove the links for adjustment and wanted to charge me extra to send it away. I just went on Amazon and bought my own adjustment kit (which cost me $12) and did it myself at home in under 4 minutes. I'll never come to this place again.
